This second tier, top floor condo at The Knolls Resort offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice cove view of the water! Walk into the living area, featuring a flatscreen smart TV, couch and recliner. The dining room offers seating for 6 at the table, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen offers everything you need to cook a meal for you and your guests. All major appliances are available, as well as a crockpot and toaster. Off the kitchen you'll find the laundry room with a large stack washer and dryer to use during your stay. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a futon off to the side that can be used as a couch or for extra sleeping if needed. You also have access to a small deck and small TV with streaming capabilities in the master suite. The en suite master bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a king size bed and a TV with Spectrum cable available. The guest bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway, and features a tub/shower combo. This was a perfect place! While on the third floor, it was only one flight of stairs because level two was the ground floor, so that was a nice surprise. The view was amazing! The set up was great with each room having their own bathroom. Only trick with the bathroom was a narrow step when you come out of tub, which was a little problematic for our older parents.
