Can you say, “Million Dollar Views”?! This two-bedroom top floor condo features gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in the Master Suite, breathtaking views of the main channel from the balcony at mile marker 24 and is just a 3-minute drive to Margaritaville! The Bay Point complex features two pools, a playground, walking trails, and picnic area with charcoal BBQ grills for you use and enjoyment. Plus, a 10 x 24 boat slip available for rent at the community dock! Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your meals and has a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and all-new stainless steel appliances. There is also a dining room table with seating for four. Living Room The living room has a flat screen TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and sliding glass door out to the balcony. Master Suite The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, walk in closet, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the upper pool and the main channel. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and a full over twin bunk bed. Outside The balcony overlooking the lake can be accessed both from the living room sliding glass door, and from the Master Suite. On the balcony you will find a glass top patio table with seating for 6 and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Neighborhood Description The Bay Point Village Condominium complex is located just off KK in the heart of Osage Beach. This complex is just a 3 minute drive to Margaritaville, 4 minutes to LandShark that features a swim up bar, 5 minutes to Ozark Distillery and Jeffreys Prime Rib & Lobster, and 9 minutes to Redheads, 11 minutes to Big Surf Waterpark, and 20 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. There are also several boat rental locations nearby. This complex is centrally located to all the fun and excitement the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. It was in a fairly central location, easy to get places, a quiet neighborhood, and a spectacular view. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations for dinner, hikes, and other activities. It’s October, so the pool was not In operation; if we wanted one, we could’ve gone to one of the many area restaurants bars with pools. Our apt overlooked the Upper Pool, which we basically had to ourselves all weekend. Balcony was great. Close to a distillery & brewery. The place met our needs. Yet the beds weren't comfortable and there wasn't a top sheet. Pillows were flat...like an inch thick. Lmao. After the first night, instead of the spare room "mattress" I opted for the air mattress without sheets (again, no top sheet to steal). Spare room bedspread was like...scortched and melted on the lining that touched my skin, too. As if it got too close to a heater at some point. Have to haul your own garbage to the dumpster. The view from the condo and the pool was amazing. This property is one of the upper bldgs so it is a bit of a downhill walk to get to the main pool and then quite the uphill walk to get back. There is another pool right outside this bldg we just didn’t use it as you don’t have the view you have from the main pool to watch the boat traffic. Make sure you bring your own cooler and beach towels none are provided in the condo but they probably didn’t list them as provided and I just missed it. And we couldn’t get the TV to work in the main bedroom but were able to get the other two to work so wasn’t a huge deal to us. Overall nice property, very clean, everyone we encountered at the pool was nice and respectful enjoying their time. Although we were there during the week and not a weekend. ##### Angela H. We stayed during the LOTO Shootout, and let me say it was the best spot, close to the water, lots of boats going by the whole weekend. We brought our boat, and after talking to some of the locals we found the boat parking and the tags to attach to the trailer incase it needed to be moved. This is because there is not enough room to park extra boats on a busy weekend like the one we stayed on. The walk to and from the boat slip is a LONG one!!! That's my only complaint, but it is what it is. The fridge didn't seem to keep our food cold enough, had to throw out some meat we got from the store because it had a funny smell after being in the fridge for one day. ##### Melissa V.
