Resort-style pool steps away, AC in every bedroom, open living design, and close to surf breaks, Lola’s, JW Marriott, and golf.

Avellanas is for people who prefer space over crowds and rhythm over rush.  
  
This three-bedroom villa is located inside The Enclave, a private gated community just inland from Playa Avellanas. The main beach access is about one mile away — close enough for early surf sessions and sunset visits, yet set back enough to enjoy privacy and quiet evenings.  
  
The home comfortably sleeps seven and offers the kind of layout that works well for families, couples traveling together, or friends on a surf or golf getaway. You’re minutes from consistent surf breaks, Lola’s beachfront restaurant, and the JW Marriott Guanacaste and its championship golf course — but removed enough to truly relax at the end of the day.
