Beautiful flat completely different from the other buildings in Marina d\\'Or, with a large north facing terrace.  
  
It has beautiful lateral sea views, and is situated in a quiet urbanization in a good beach area.  
  
It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. It also has air conditioning in the living room.  
  
It is very close to the beach, which has a grassy area with palm trees where you can sunbathe without getting sandy, ideal for children to play.
