good central location, easy free parking, comfy room and bed, good towels, tea making in room wifi was rubbish, but apart from that all good breakfast was a little haphazard

The staff on Reception were very helpful and spoke good English. We were disappointed with our Evening Meal. Limited Vegetarian options and my husband ordered Rabbit that was very, very dry. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items and it was lovely that you could sit out on the balcony and take in the great view of the lake.

lovely hotel
Great service, room was big with a fantastic view of the lake. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna all clean and accessible.

I Don’t Speak Much French, I Have Some Mobility Issues, I Am Nearly 60 Year’s Old, All Of The Staff, In All Of The Hotel, Fully Understood All Of My Need’s And I Was Wanting For Nothing... On The Friday, Me & My Friend Had Dinner In The Hotel, Not Being Very Good At Ordering In French, Was Taken Care Of By The Waitress, Who Took Time To Help Me Order And Gave Me Some Lovely Advice On What To Order..... Her Help And Advice Was Brilliant, The Food Was Beautiful, And I Completely Enjoyed All Her Choice’s,

Lovely little town..
The hotel was ok although a bit tired. Great views if you have a lake view room. Staff very friendly. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Free parking is a bonus and also the fact that they allow pets. In close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. The town itself is very beautiful...

A superbly located hotel with great amenities. The SPA facilities are a real bonus, breakfast was good....overall a very enjoyable stay.

Location, Spa but patchy
The location is great, an hour from Caen, so a great stop off before the ferry. The spa is great, clean fully staffed and indoors so good for all weathers. BUT. We had problems. The booking was suddenly changed from a familly room to a double with a cot at very short notice and they needed to be pressed to find a solution. The rooms are very basic and when the air conditioner clattered on the staff were very non-plussed. I'm not sure maintenance is up to much.

Nice hotel overlooking the lake
Despite the dated appearance of the hotel it was pleasant inside with good facilities. I had an enjoyable swim in the pool. Slightly odd arrangement of changing facilities with glass doors on the men’s and women’s changing rooms which are directly opposite one another. No shampoo or soap provided, even next to toilets!

Modern hotel in good location.
Hotel in great central location overlooking the lake.Excellent secure car parking at rear. Friendly staff and welcoming reception.All areas very clean and tidy. Swimming pool a great bonus. Room of a good size with a very comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning easy to control.Generous bathroom and a good shower.Good selection at self service breakfast. Restaurant options of fixed price or a la carte good although service a little slow but it was popular and busy.

Great location
Lovely hotel with lovely facilities. Although modern it has very retro decoration in the room! Didn’t like the parking access to the hotel and signage was poor. Some work was bring done on the entrances so visitors were having to find alternative ways to get into the building. Probably sorted now though.

Hotel was great but reception was something else, we had booked well in advance but they changed there booking in time from ok 2pm to 3pm without informing us, we arrived just after 2pm and our room wasn't ready,that wasn't a problem, we left our luggage and went for a walk returning at 3.10pm. Our room still wasn't ready!! No apology or explanation, in fact quite rude, 2 other guests checked in, no problem, eventually we checked in, the receptionist was less than friendly. The room was lovely and clean, the staff in the bar were very friendly,especially Fabrice.

Hotel du Beryl - Great location
We stayed at Hotel du Beryl for 2 nights. We had a quadruple room, which was a good size with a great balcony overlooking the lake. It was very modern & clean, Great location with a great indoor pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Retour dans les années 1920
Un retour dans les années 1920 avec la découverte de cette station thermale un peu désuète aujourd'hui. L'hôtel est correct mais le style est tout de même un peu passé de mode. Spa un peu sous dimensionné vu la taille de l'établissement. Soins plutôt chers. Nous n'avons pas dîné au restaurant car nous n'étions pas inspiré par le menu proposé. Petit-déjeuner correct. Grand parking extérieur gratuit et fermé.

Bonne adresse à Bagoles de l'Orne !
Bon établissement, un peu vieillissant (cf moquettes des couloirs au quatrième étage et balcons). Bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac. Personnel aimable, agréable et serviable. Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre, il faisait meilleur dans le couloir ! La température est régulée en central, on ne peut donc pas l'augmenter ! La réception nous a fait parvenir deux petits radiateurs électriques qui ont traité le problème. Restaurant très correct. Beau centre aquatique mais vite saturé quand l'hôtel est bien rempli ! Jacuzzi trop froid et trop petit ! Reste néanmoins une bonne adresse à Bagnoles de l'Orne !

Super hotel ! Accueil au top ! La piscine, sauna, hammam et bain à remous qui sont inclus dans le prix de la chambre sont vraiment agréable. Petits éléments à revoir : les peignoirs sont en location, l'hôtel devrait les mettre à disposition dans les chambres. Les restaurants à proximité et accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel sont excellent ! Je recommande la crêperie LE ROLLON. Merci pour tous !
