I genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will consider staying near other hotels around the area for our next trip. However there is a specific incident with a staff where they were extremely rude and made a 5 start experience a 3 star experience. This one individual definitely left a bad taste of what could’ve been an on going stay for our family.

The bathroom tile in shower was moldy and gross!!! The shower curtain was old and had stains. Whenever I called front desk no one picked up. The rest of the place was decent but not happy that I paid for a queen bed and got what looked like a full size bed !!!!

Property is a 8 minute walk to Disney Springs where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very close to Disney resorts, etc. Clean facility with friendly staff.

My room had bed bugs. I thought I was being bitten by mosquitoes however I found out on my last day after I found 2 in my sheets. I was unable to report the issue as no one was at the desk when I left at 4:30am today.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Minutes walk to Disney springs. Only downside is that there are no shuttles to the airport. The taxi was $60 for a 20min ride. There are shuttles to the parks. Overall reasonably priced and will visit again

Very nice hotel, we loved the 5 min walk to Disney Springs for dining and shopping and prob 15 to 20 min drive to most Disney parks!

Everything was just great, walking distance to Disney Springs, shuttle bus to the parks, room very comfortable. My only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I expected more for my 23.00. Eggs bacon and sausage were cold, the french toast was hard. So I opted for fruit an d yogurt.

Room was tired and dated compared to when we stayed in 2018, HATED the hard sell for timeshare when we checked in at 10pm. We just wanted to go to our room then over to springs, were pressured into “we have a gift bag for you” which was nothing of the sort. Hard sell for a time share which the lady was really annoyed at us when we said we weren’t interested, literally saying “what else are you going to do instead?” Has really put me off staying again

When I’m in the area, I always stay at this location. It is extremely convenient to Disney Springs and all Disney theme parks. It is family friendly. The pool area is beautiful. With a restaurant/bar poolside which makes it convenient to get something to eat or drink while relaxing. The staff is always wonderful and very accommodating From the valet to the front desk, everyone is always very pleasant and very willing to assist.

Wyndham accomodated all our needs that we even chose to stay an extra day! So convenient to walk over to Disney Springs. Free shuttle to parks but if you miss your free shuttle you can easily get a Disney bus to Disney Springs and walk to your home away from home. So glad we came. The crowds at Spring Break almost scared us away but it was great to just park our car and pay for parking at the hotel but travel free everywhere we wanted to go. Great hotel where they work hard to make your stay great. We had adjoining rooms and didn't have to ask for it they provided it because we booked the two rooms together. We will come back when we are doing a Disney trip again.

They communicate so well and was very pleasant. The bellhop guy was an absolute jewel. He even got us ice before leaving.

Came for a conference and not Disney, but was happy to be close to Disney Springs and a lot of Restaurants and activities. The hotel is in a nice and walkable area! My room was in the tower and was updated, clean, and had everything I needed. It was loud, you can hear everything in the hallway, but there are also an insane amount of kids because it’s Disney, so it’s not surprising or an issue at all. Like most Disney locations everyone is asleep before 11, and up around 7:30. Would come back for sure!

I’d love to review this property, but unfortunately, the manager exercised her right to “refuse service” to myself, my husband, and my two young children. While the front desk admitted it was their mistake of checking me in when I didn’t arrive, the manager was not interested in hearing what happened, and in a rude and unkind way, in front of tons of people, loudly stated “we are cancelling your whole thing, and you’re responsible for the night you didn’t show up. As the manager I can refuse anybody, and I’m refusing you.” Horrified and embarrassed, with my two young children, we had no where to stay and what should have been a trip to the most magical place on earth was an absolute nightmare.

there were pubic hairs in my shower upon check in, the air conditioner sounded like an exploding plastic bottle every couple of minutes, the safe didn't work

very close to disney springs able to walk there, never used our car , they charge alot to park car there, whether you self park or valet, they encourage using your room # when around pool and ordering, I think someone used our room #, there were charges on my credit card I noticed when I got home that dont add up to what we had, we usually squared away with cash before we left the pool and didnt charge it to our card, our fault for not keeping better tabs on it, be careful and keep track of it, attendance at the pool are awesome, all staff super friendly, property is beautiful, breakfast buffett was awesome, lots of choices, definitely enjoyed ourselves

The Pool and Pool bar was excellent. The hotel is kid-friendly. The worst are the bathrooms; overall, the hotel feels old and not worth the price.

Location was idea for everything we did with a rental car. The rooms were basic hotel nothing “resort” about them per say. No trash can but in the bathroom extremely small, no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can image where the mold is going , no microwave in the rooms, I loved the resort it self I just didn’t like the room. Outdated and the water stayed scolding hot. If you have little children do not put them in the shower or bath when you think the water is suppose to be cold or luke warm. It goes from Luke warm to scolding hot and stay scolding hot. Normally I do not mind that however it became unbearable for myself and dangerous for my five year old son.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very nice & the pool area is great! Everyone is so friendly & accommodating. Location is perfect to walk to Disney Springs! Will definitely stay here again!

Check in was horrible we had to wait for about a hour and half for room to be ready and it states by 4 pm and it was 530 and they never called me I had to call them to find out about my room and then for them to check me out so I had to go re check back in horrible my family was all upset and frustrated

First time stay for Easter weekend, clean, confortable, great location, convenient restaurant with great options and friendly staff and attentive members ($22.00 tax x person but worth every single penny). We brought our tickets there easy, fast and with discount. Self parking or Valet and walk distance to Disney Springs. Definitely we will stay again, we loved it.

Our room’s heat did not work. We called the front desk and nobody showed up to repair the unit. We were quite chilly all night and all morning. Building and grounds look and feel old and tired.

Was horrible experience. I was double charged for resort fee parking and security deposits. I tried using the phone in room to call the front desk for extra blankets. The phone in room didn’t work to call and hotel service. I tried calling from phone 3 times it rang and rang then Someone picked up and immediately hung up . I had to go to the front desk and wait while 4 people were checked in to get blankets

Perfect location and great price. Didn’t know when booking this hotel that it’s considered one of the Disney resorts and so enjoyed all the Disney perks at a morr affordable price. Lobby also smells amazing.
