Don't be duped by the pictures
This hotel was a huge disappointment. By way of background, my wife and I are Disney passholders and we go there often for overnight trips. We like staying in LBV are by Downtown Disney (now Disney Springs) as there are a lot of options and we try to get good competitive rates. We have stayed at several of the resorts in the area and wanted to try this one - unfortunate mistake. The pictures look good, but their execution is aweful. Upon checkin, we were told there was no more self parking as it was full, so we had to valet (same cost because of their issue, but still a nuisance to get the car from valet every time we wanted to leave). We were given a room in one of the out buildings - these are the older rooms with exterior entry. The room was damp and musty and it smelled like the perfume spray they use to cover up a previous smoker. Also, the bathroom was in poor shape. I called the front desk to get a room change. While doing so I noticed that the sheet on one of the beds had stains on it by the pillow area. It was really gross. The front desk accommodated my request but said they could not put me in the main tower (I presume because I had paid a discounted expedia rate), but I had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk to get the new key. This may not seem like a big deal, but it was a long way with our luggage only to be given a room one floor below where we were. The second room we received smelled damp and musty like the first one.
