This property was great. The only problem I had was the mattress wasn’t that comfortable but other than that, everything was great.

Tropical Palms Resort is a true gem in the Kissimmee area. The resort offers endless activities and amenities. The cottage itself is clean, well kept, and very comfortable. Everything you can ask for is provided. The atmosphere provides a true sense of community. Staff was super friendly from check in to check out. Manuela, the housekeeping supervisor is extremely helpful and accommodating, and makes sure you have everything you need in your room to provide you with the best experience. For all future bookings in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, I’ll be booking at Tropical Palms resort!

what a cute place! feels like home away from home. mix of RV park and cottages. we stayed in a cottage. staff was very attentive and responsive. very clean and beds comfortable. loft sleeping good for kids/people who can move well.

We checked in overnight easily. No issues what so ever. Security and Staff were friendly. Everything was clean - the cottage, pool and laundry areas. Rooms were tiny but it is a like a tiny home so I expected it. I’m 5’0 and my husband is 6’2 we’re on the slimmer side and we slept in the full bed along with our 2yr old and slept fine, bet we would’ve slept better without our 2yr old lol. The beds and pillows were comfy. My mom and 4yr old slept in the room with the bunk beds and my sister slept on the sofa bed. Our 4yr and 2yr old loved the playground and the kiddo pool. Loved that it was pet friendly because we were able to bring our Jack Russle and my moms Maltese. Restaurants and shops super close by. Loved the World Food trucks across the street. Totally would stay here again and look forward to it. Our family had a great time 😊

The only thing was we had a $25 dollar food and beverage coupon and couldn't use it because the cafe wasn't open.

Nice place overall. Could have bigger refrigerators in cabins. Shower was quite short and the plug in our bathtub didn't work.

The cottage was small but clean and comfortable. The front desk was very responsive. Only issue was the difficulty we had to find recycling bins.

Nice place for the price. Cottage did not have adequate storage for clothing. Two closets, but only 5 hangers in each. No shelf in closet. We had 6 guests in our party. No dressers/drawers for clothing. Had to leave most clothes in suitcase. Night stands would be helpful as well. Refrigerator never got very cold. No extra garbage bags provided. Was very clean, a/c worked well. Nice pool area! Staff friendly.

The cabin was clean and had enough utensils and pots and pans for us to cook with We enjoyed staying and loved being in walking distance from old town and fun spot. I would highly recommend this place

I love how quite it is but this time around there was a cottage with very loud people outside at night and quite time is at 11am. No one came to tell them to keep it quite. It was 3:30am and the party was still going on. Very disappointed.

My family of 5 (2 adults & 3 under 8) absolutely loved the cottage we rented. It was very clean and cozy. Honestly much more enjoyable than renting a hotel room. Front desk was very accommodating and check in was very quick even with is being a holiday weekend. The walk to Old Town was an easy 7 min and the area felt safe. We can't wait to go back next month!

I've been to Tropical Palms in Kissimmee 5 times. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, the cottages are clean and reasonably priced and the property is clean. I would highly recommend!
