The Space:  
Welcome to our modern, sun-filled townhome in the exclusive New Preserve Area!  
Relax in a spacious living room with a 70" TV, or gather around the sleek, fully equipped open kitchen with seating for 5 at the counter and 6 more in the dining area. The ground floor features a comfortable King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.  
Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious King suite with a private bath (bathtub & double sinks), a themed room with a Full bed plus Twin trundle, and another with two Twin beds (one is a twin-over-twin trundle). These rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed, have TVs, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.  
Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6, fun games, and a photo stage—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.  
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh towels and linens (including pool towels), and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.  
We provide a welcome kit with essentials: dishwasher detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner (refills not provided). For your security, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.

Wonderful vacation home, a bit smaller than pictures appear to show….clean, well-appointed….owner could add more bath towels…..kitchen had everything you might ever need….cleaning crew arrived earlier than expected (contract/listing error) but was resolved easily….would definitely stay here again!

Brand new home was beautiful and outside of the few items that the installation people didn't do correctly the property manager was A+ Amazing with any of our questions or requests! The beds were so comfortable and the pool area was beyond relaxing and so convenient. Large kitchen and dining area for our entire group to hang out and enjoy. You will not be disappointed for the price.

Host didn’t have the right address of the property as a beginner. Property wasn’t stocked with essentials such as towels, toilet paper, washing supplies. Maid who was supposed to supply essentials never showed up. Plus host was never available in 4 calls. Always his wife. Very unprofessional.
