Staff is very helpful. You can walk to a few different restaurants. Sea World is basically across the street; you can see the roller coasters from some of the rooms and from the pool. Pool is very kid-friendly, with a big shallow area and a splash zone feature. Hot tub is very clean and comfortable.

All the attention from all the employees was excellent, in addition to the amenities, the employees also made us forget that we were in a hotel, but rather they made us feel that we were at home. It was an excellent weekend.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have never left a hotel room after checking out. It was filthy. They were nice enough to give me a different room. In the new room there was hair in the bathtub, on the toilet and every pillow. There was a dried blood stain on the sheets. Then they never checked me out making it look like I was there the whole time. I will never stay there again.

The staff was more than accommodating and the store was fully stocked with what we needed. The pool bar and staff were great. The buffet had a good variety except could have bacon on menu more on weekends. The heating system on pool was out, would be nice if they would have that on website when booking that it was out because the pool was very cold. All and all we will be back! Loved our short stay.

The frond desk agent was rude, she wearing mask and acting like we brought the virus in the hotel, very unprofessional and bad attitude when we was asking for help with questions. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

We were put up in a handicap room so our shower/sink were a separate room from our toilet/sink which was nice. Room was huge. We didn’t find a hair dryer in our room. Had to pay extra to park on site. Breakfast was excellent. Huge variety. Go early for breakfast because it gets very busy in the dining room.

Nice hotel. Staff are amazing. Suggestions: have a safe in the rooms so travellers can secure their passports..money etc. Second suggestion: other springhill suites have a hook on the wall at the entrance of the room...same wall the door hits when its open...which is great to hang coat/purse. Can you also install in your rooms? Loved the property. Loved the convenience..breakfast was good..the staff were absolutely amazing in every way. Probably the best trained staff in customer service that I have ever encounteted and they are just genuinely nice people on top of that. Thanks for makung our stay so great!!!

I like the convenience of the hotel next to Sea World. However, the room did not have a pleasant smell and the bed had loose hairs in it. The brown couch had white stains all over it. I always pull the covers back and spray everything with Lysol or a different sanitizing spray. I only stayed one night. Never again.

The property is very clean as well as the room are beautiful and clean. Quiet rooms, lovely desk staff, well lit parking lot and great area to stay. The only complaint is the terrible pillows they have, other than that, it was wonderful and we will be back.

I didn't l oke the fact that i was initially placed in a room for people with disabilities. That was rectified. Then on my 2nd day o was given some horrrible bath towels you can see the thread almost torn, the glass on the bathroom needed cleaning and also the bathroom had mold. I'm very disappointed and will not be staying at this property again.
