Stay somewhere else and do yourself a favor
I'm not normally one for filling out things like this but I had to for this place. I have never (around the Orlando area) had such a terrible experience at a condo complex , and I've had the pleasure of staying at dozens of hotels and condos around Orlando.
To start with, this experience was soured as our check in was delayed for 2 hours due to a computer glitch ..... which to the Regal Palms credit, they did give us passes to the pool for the kids so at least we weren't stuck waiting for all that time with nothing to do .
The Regal Palms was hardly regal at all , The building was in serious disrepair ( the carpets were actually crunchy ) , the appliances in the kitchen were falling apart , the beds ( all 6 beds ) were so uncomfortable that my children didn't want to sleep on them , and you don't want to know my wife's reaction too them . Even after a full day of walking around Magic Kingdom and being exhausted, you still couldn't sleep on those beds . And the bedding was so old and dirty we didn't want it touching us so we slept with just the bed sheets and no comforter on all the beds .
The Lazy River was advertised and the pool area was ok .... again it had a underlying run down quality too it .
I did request a room exchange only to be told that they could accommodate any relocations on such short notice , even though the place was almost 1/2 empty .....
If I was you, I would spend some extra money and get closer to the theme parks.

There are multiple property management companies that work off of Regal Palms, and that could be why it appeared that many homes were not occupied while we were not able to relocate you.
