First time stay

Posted 25-May-2017
Pros: Themed days by the pool.
Cons: After a long day visiting one of Orlando's many theme parks it would be nice to be able to take a late night dip or sit in the hot tub to relax before
Location: Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor and Dollar store all on the corner. Applebee's and IHOP only 1 block away.
Overall we liked the facility and are planning on going back in the Spring of 2018. I was a little shocked at the size of the property. Did not have a car rental and walking to our unit would have been a hassle. One of the owners has a shuttle business and offered a free ride to our unit that was nice. The four block walk to go to a pool/restaurant was a little annoying but it did not ruin our holiday. Next time car rental for sure.

The room was disappointing. Mold in all the bathrooms. Needs major upgrading. No pillow cases or comforters. Back shades were broken so we weren't able to see outside. Shopping cart in the yard. Location to Disney and Universal was a bit far but not too bad of a commute. For the amount of time we were in the room, it was just about livable. I wish I could have better news but our unit really needs an overhaul.

Nice pool but that's it

Posted 19-Apr-2017
Stayed here for the lazy river and pool, and that's all we were happy with. The house was roomy and clean but dated and not well equipped. We had to buy alot of basics throughout our stay. Our oven didn't work and couldn't get any response from the maintenance number. The strict use of bracelets and towels at the pool was over the top as well. Can't imagine they get much repeat business. We will not be staying here again - sorry.

Property nice, condo needed work. Hidden fees.

Posted 10-Apr-2017
Cons: The rooms need to be maintained better.
The property was very nice, pool, restaurant, and facilities were also beautiful. The Condo on the other hand needed work. The floors were dirty, screens had holes in them, patio chairs broken, coffee table broken, Closet door off track. The condo did have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths which were nice. Also, they will charge you a cleaning fee and make you put either $500 down as a security deposit or $200 in insurance. We were not expecting that, but were glad that we did based on the state of the room I hear that it is either hit or miss with the rooms as they are all independently owned and managed by the proerty company.

Big let down

Posted 07-Apr-2017
Pros: A place to sleep, and I liked the lady that checked me in she was very nice
Cons: Throw out the furniture and replace it,put another pool on the other side of the resort so that there is enough pool for all the people they accommoda
Location: Dave 30 minutes to universal studios, there are convenience stores near by,and Walmart 3 miles away
Ok for one the photo of the town house with a garage is not at this facility,so leave your good car at home all outdoor parking,we arrived carpets are dirty, everytime I walked pass the dining table I stepped in something sticky, had to move the table, living room furniture is all old and uncomfortable, upstairs the dresser drawers are all broken, the headboard of the bed broken also, and the blinds are broken to.had to walk a long way to the pool and once you get there it is so small and people leave their towels on the sun chairs and go back to their rooms so you have nowhere to sunbathe, everyone is all cramped up around the pool.the lazy river is more less a lazy circle small,I also got charged 250.00 for room deposit no 88.00 cleaning fee upon arrival, across the street from regal palms are actual town homes with their own in ground pools each house has a screened in ground pool,go there

Lacking cleanliness. Rooms need to be updated.

Kitchen stoves not working (2 out of the 4). Kitchen vacuum cleaner did not work. Carpet very old, it did not look clean. Shower curtains had mold. Maintenance came twice. Problems persisted.

Will not stay again

Posted 04-Apr-2017
The townhouse carpet was stained in multiple places, and the bathroom towel rack was held in place on one end by painters tape. Fortunately, the property manager (which is separate from the front desk and reservations and the only one that can help with any issues) was still open and was able to take us to look at two additional townhouses to view. The first was in okay condition, and the second had a bed that wasn't made. The beds were extremely thin and uncomfortable in every bedroom.

Pros: Pool area is OK. Kids liked slide and lazy river.
Cons: Very dirty carpets in townhouse. Uncomfortable beds and horrible pillows. In general, rundown unit with bare minimum.

Sorry, but this place is awful..I never do reviews

Posted 04-Apr-2017
This place is awful, I went to 3 condos before deciding on 3rd one, first was filthy, furniture disgusting, bathrooms disgusting. 2nd one was dirty, beds awful, 3rd one furniture was better, bathroom not clean as should be overall it was cleaner than others, blinds tore up on sliding glass door, and in bedrooms, no dish towels, no potholders, no rules posted..the bed in master suite was awful, pillows in bedroom were like the ones hospitals give you, very tiny...The matress was awful, old...I wasnt HAPPY with it either, but if you paid that much you think you deserve something at least clean..never turned tv's on not sure if worked..the sliding glass door would not lock, the safety bar broken about to fall off...the pool was filthy, in fact we told one the workers, it smelled..water filthy, did not even smell like chlorine at all even though it was filthy..the lazy river an slide was prbly the best of anything for kids..I am very livid for what I paid for my grandkids and i..I arrived, at 4, took 2hours to get in a condo after arriving, to find one that was descent enough for us to stay in..I will never do this again through expedia, first time, last time...such a disgusting place, not just me complaining, they were 4couples in management office waiting with same complaints, an one that has been there 4times about keys not working..went to front desk sent us to manager office, walked in door unlocked, no one there, had to wait 45 min on somebody, awful experience!!!!!
