Very dirty rooms

Condos were filthy. First condo they put us in had stains on carpet, furniture, bedspreads. Black mold in bathtub caulking...horribly filthy. They moved us to another condo, this one was better bit still needed cleaned. Carpet was extremely worn and stained, dirt along all of the baseboards. In need of major renovations. The main facilities, pool and restaurant were nice and kept up.

Location: For the family was great, close to everything.
We have a great experience, the place was great for our family. Very affordable and spacious for everybody feel like home.

Ok place if its just for sleep

Pros: Its a private, gate controlled place. At the moment I was there, it was not crowded, so it was nice and quiet.
Cons: Basically most of the units, requires a lot of furniture renovations.
The Place is not bad if you are considering use it for sleeping and need a place to accommodate around 6-8 persons. But other than that, not an attractive place to stay and enjoy a day in. Units are owns by different private owners and they don't follow any specific standard on furniture or amenities, so getting in to one nice its really hard. Some units are dirty and poorly maintained and there are others in fair conditions. Common facilities are quite nice, but you need to walk a little bit depending were you are staying. Staff was very attentive and polite. Just be aware that you will be charge an additional $12.95 per night to stay, that is not included on the price online.

Poor quality town home very disappointed

Pros: The pool was nice, however keeping towel cards and wrist bands to be able to swim and not be charged was a headache.
Cons: Check-in time, property manager should be aware of the state of town home. Would not recommend to anyone.
Check-in took over 30 minutes, was also not aware of $250 damage deposit upon check-in. Town home was in very poor condition. Shower curtains barely hanging on and covered in mold as well as mold around the bath tubs. There was no toilet paper available or anything to use to was dishes. Multiple holes in walls, carpet was very dirty (concerned to let my 10 month old crawl on floors), pipes burst at some point with sagging ceilings. Requested a crib or pack-n-play for baby upon arrival with no compliance. Knobs were falling off doors, blinds falling down on sliding glass door, and beds were very uncomfortable and concern of their condition, sleeping on the floor may have been better. Having not ever rented a town home we were extremely disappointed and wont be doing that again.

nice hotel and confortable

Pros: It was very big which was really good for our large family.
Cons: We would like that you'd clean more. For example, the bathtub still isn't really that clean.
Location: Disney World was very close to the hotel. Many other parks and supermarkets were close to us.
I liked that the hotel was very close to many fun parks.

is not a hotel is only a house for rent, no room service, you have to clean everything!!!! really disappointing experience. also they ask for a 500 usd deposit when you arrive!!!!!!!!!!

Hidden Fees

Pros: Except for the ants, the food left in refrigerator, the broken chair and trash on the balcony…the villa was quite nice with parking directly in front.
Cons: Numerous costs should be included in quoted price up front.
Location: Good for us as it was close to Route 4.
BEWARE of lots of hidden fees. They will "nickel and dime" you for everything. Cleaning fee, parking fee, etc etc…but the worst one was I shipped my golf clubs to arrive on the day I arrived, which they did. Even though they were sitting in sight and only 10 feet away from front desk, they would not let me have them until a paid a $10 holding fee!!!

Nice resort but !

The resort was nice , I mean the pool area and the spa but the condo we stayed at was not very clean but also not to bad , the location of this place was a little far from Disney and the airport but it was good for the price I paied , the surprised was when we checked in , there was a deposit of $500 required and had to pay an extra resort fees which I wasn't told about .. In all honesty I probably will go back though now that I know the rules and the place , because of the fair price !!

Large Family Vacation

Pros: Very clean and neat close to lots of places to eat and shop
Cons: parking at the town houses is kinds small for a large SUV but plenty big for normal cars and mini vans
Location: lots of places to eat near by and to shop Publix is only a block away so no need to shop before your trip
Great place for a big family vacation get away near Disney and lots of great places to eat We had a great time and saved lots by booking one place to stay together rather then three hotel rooms.

Pros: La résidence ,la piscine
Cons: L accueil.
Location: Petit mall à proximité mais une voiture est nécessaire car un peu loin des lieux à visiter.
A mon arrivée la dame de l accueil me réclame un paiement alors que tout avait déjà été règle à expedia, je lui fourni alors mon document le prouvant. Elle m informe que son service informatique me fonctionne pas et que je suis dans l obligation de payer si je veux accéder à ma résidence ce soir et qu elle me pourra vérifier que demain matin. Donc ma carte a été débitée encore une fois du montant et le lendemain ils ont effectivement vérifié que tout avait été payé et m ont remis un document disant que ma carte serait créditée du montant, 9 jours après j attend encore le remboursement du montant et ceci sans s excusez sans proposition commerciale.L accueil est vraiment à revoir car c est une très belle résidence.
