Family vacation

Due to an error in behalf of Expedia booked a last minute stay at the Ramada. The hotel can use some updating. But for the price it was not bad. The staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed the interaction with them. The hotel was able to accommodate me and my girls last minute and not charge me additional fees. The breakfast was simple; eggs, cereal, toast, bacon, hash brown, grits, danish or small muffin, milk and juice, and waffles you can make. Overall it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

Under new management hotel outdated

Book off a website that this hotel offers alot of amenities like restaurant, fitness center, and arcade room none of these amenities was available because hotel going through a complete renovations, carpets in the hallway and rooms are very dirty and nasty phones inside room not working refrigerator freezer not working etc I could go on this was my vacation because I had serious health problems 2 months ago. Was very disappointed about this want my money back.

Closer to highways

nothing worked! Phone lines were cut they said that the lines weren't working. The AC from my room didn't work. I was moved to the second room. That room was clogged. The sink and toilet was clogged. The manager was really nice and refunded me my money back which was very nice of her. The hotel has potential but it's horrible to stay in.

Pros: the sitting
Cons: the food .
they charge breakfast is not free like it shows in the web and its terrible the cook it should be someone who cares about how it taste , too bad that a nice looking hotel it looks dead inside.

Hotel was 5min away from Holyland experience

The staff is nice, my room bathroom was very dirty, had difficult opening my room door, and I couldn't open the porch door due to broken lock, the lobby bathroom stool door missing or the toilet tank on top of the bowl and lots of sign of out of order, Hotel need lots of maintenance.

Horrific stay

Stay clear..horrible service and the place is so outdated!! Pay a little more and stay in a better place.

Worst motel ever this place should be shut down by health inspectors when I tell You I've never been so disgusted till coming till this place mold on a pillow & plow case!!! Mold on the curtain in the room, lights didn't work, room door didn't lock appropriate walking Into the place it reeks of mold guest service is horrible room amenities are trash never stay here

Great hotel

Wish we could have stay longer, it seemed very nice and the breakfast sounded pretty good. Very spacious rooms and wonderful beds! Hope to come back sometime in the future. Great price...

Filthy place

Pros: There was a security guard on the first floor
Cons: I would knock the whole place down and rebuild it.
Location: Ihop
When I walk into the lobby I smelt mold, but I never thought the rooms and hallway would be so bad. The first room the hotel gave me was filthy. The floor had stains and there was a dead roach on the floor. The second room was a little better but there were still stains all over the floor. The hallway carpet is horrible, there are big wholes in the hallway walls. It looks like a scary house. There were stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was gross. The toilet had a permanent brown stain at the bottom and the tub was not clean.
