We stayed for 3 nights (T/W/T) and again the following Monday. Lobby, appearance initially appealing. However, floors in room dirty with what looked like flakes of paint especially in bathroom. Bathroom otherwise very clean. However, the phone didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, most of the outlets couldn't "hold" our chargers (they plugs themselves kept falling out). Went to front desk (couldn't call from room), explained situation, asked for another room, was told maintenance would have everything working when we returned in late afternoon/evening. When we did return, nothing worked (phone, tv, coffee maker, etc); called maintenance (and he was prompt as it was 1:30 am); everything was disconnected and he said "must be loose wiring) and HE offered us another room (we were too tired then and decided the next day to just grin and bear it as we were only staying for one more day). When we did return on Monday, the room we got this time was an improvement over the first one (except room phone didn't still work). Plus web site said breakfast was free but this is NOT true, it was minimal ($3.00 pp) but.... I would recommend that you check out your room to make sure everything is working (which I normally do but didn't this time).
