I was not expecting it To Be a perfect hotel, as the price was cheap. But when its a Ramada hotel, you get really impressed when all your towels and sheet are Dirty. Locker in the room was not working. One day, housekeeping "organized" the bathroom but forgot To organize the bed.

Never again!

Posted 24-Nov-2015
First of all, I walked into the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke despite this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Secondly, the room was hot I went to the ac to see if it was on and it was but it was set on 6 out of 8 in which the room still should have been cooler than it was. So I adjusted it up to 8 and waited about an hr and it still did not cool off. I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms and instead of him saying ok he says he would send maintenance right up to fix the ac. Needless to say no one ever showed up. After a few hours the room got some cool but by morning it was hot again. Thirdly, the room has two beds but there were only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Luckily it was just me however this hotel needs to invest in an adequate amount of linen to supply every room. Another guest had a lack of washcloths as well. Good thing it was only one night so I sucked it up but will NEVER book here again!

Business trip

Posted 20-Nov-2015
When I walked into the lobby I was thinking I got a really good deal on this fancy hotel and I was excited to see the rooms and have an awesome night sleep. But when I got up to the room it was the complete opposite. The beds were warped and provided no support for a good night sleep. Everything was out dated in the room and the lobby was misleading as to what the room experience ended up being.

In Need of a Facelift

Posted 11-Nov-2015
Pros: The fact that it is located just off the interstate was excellent.
Cons: If possible, management needs to paint and replace outdated carpet, furniture and peeling walls and ceilings.
Location: I was there for a conference, but all the attractions, such as Disney World and Sea World are just minutes away.
The hotel was clean and close to the interstate, which was nice. Inside, it was also clean, but a bit dated. The carpet in my room felt dirty and needed to be clean or replaced. The staff was very friendly. I would give the staff a 4, but the hotel would only be a 2 or 2.5 in my opinion.

What a dump!

Posted 10-Nov-2015
Pros: The air conditioner worked.
Cons: Everything else. I would rather sleep on the benches by the loading/unloading door at the front desk.
The staff was very rude and inattentive. The hotel charged me a "resort" fee, which if they stayed in their own rooms they would realize what a ripoff this was. The pool area was very dirty and there were dirty towels all over the ground around it. When we finally got to check in at 3pm (after waiting over two hours in the lobby) we grabbed our bag and headed for the elevator. The elevator did not work, the down button was missing off the elevator and the alarm kept going off. We took the stairs to the third floor and finally got into the room. Half the lights didn't turn on, the carpet wasn't cleaned up at all and the bed was sagging on the frame and touching the floor! Went down to the lobby right away to tell them about the bed so they wouldn't charge me for something I didn't do. We tried to fix the bed by putting it back on the frame but soon realized that the frame itself had a broken center support. We stood the bed frame up against the wall and put the bed on the floor so we could actually sleep on it. After we came back from our event the first night the door to our room didn't close all the way and it looked like someone could enter in it no problem. The locking mechanism didn't work properly so we were forced to slam the door and when we were in there, use the additional lock on the inside. After day two our key didn't work for the door so we waited at the front desk for a half hour for someone to come help us with the key problem. I would NEVER stay here!

Worst hotel ever next to prison

Posted 10-Nov-2015
The hotel is next to a prison. The hotel was incredibly hot. Huge smell of weed and the front desk didnt care. Room was even worse. Bathroom door appears to have been kicked in as it was broke at the knob. Roaches in the room. If we could have gotten a different hotel we would have left but all others were completely booked with a lot of events going on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING.

most horrible hotel I have been to

Posted 03-Nov-2015
Pros: I did not anything from the hotel, I even had towels with yellow stains-disgusting
Cons: everything could be improved, staff, service, facilities, housekeepers..EVERYTHING!!!!!
Location: right accross the jail and only convenience is a walmart like a minute away, parks are reasonable far from hotel
How can I start...I originally booked for 5 nights, I ended up staying only two and checked out, I had to pay for another hotel(holiday inn by the airport(excellent everything)), I cannot understand how this hotel keeps their Ramada flag, service very rude and to the point, considering this is a tourist city I would have expected more amability from staff, the first night I had roaches in my room, no comforter on bed, all sheets wrinkled which at this point is the last thing that bothers me, when I tryed calling the front desk to complain about the roaches the phone did not worked, this is more like a cheap motel, not a resort for sure, right accross the jail, the roof had many stains, they never vacumee the carpet, and I had to request the shampoo and soap to shower, nasty nasty hotel. never staying at any Ramada hotels again, others might not be this nasty but prefer to not run the risk.

Dirty tissues in the bed at check-in

Posted 03-Nov-2015
I had to change rooms twice. The deadbolt on the first room had been completely ripped off the wall, and when I moved to the second I pulled down the comforter and there were dirty tissues under the comforter. They then "upgraded" me to the upgraded section, which was just a regular hotel room with 2 double beds. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, but the rooms were not clean at all.
