Expected a Ramada to be nice

Posted 12-Jan-2017
Right next to freeway so it was noisy. Very outdated. Not enough electrical outlets. I had to unplug the TV to use the coffee pot. It is not 8 miles from airport like it says it is 16 miles from airport. The bed was uncomfortable. The price was cheap but I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Floors were dirty; towels were not properl cleaned. Bathrooms are old, below average comfort. Room air smelly. On top, the hotel is located by najor high way. Windows and glass are horrible with no sound insulation on the exterior window panes. Everything was below average. Including the lobby area.

Awful, horrible, terrible

Posted 02-Jan-2017
Don't waste your money. I spent the same amount for a thousand times better hotel right down the street. The pictures make it seem "okay" and real life is disgusting. We found a cockroach on the wall, and bug guts in the bed. We felt unsafe and truthfully scared. Towels were dirty and shower was moldy. We slept in full clothes and shoes and left when the sun came up.

Terrible Hotel

Posted 01-Jan-2017
Room is noisy, the outlets were not working properly(broken ), parking lot poorly lit, smelled like a nursing home in hall ways and lobby. Carpet tack strip poking my feet in the doorway of the bathroom! Lites we're not working properly. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Grease stains on the blanket(sheets were clean tho) close to interstate.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness, the name (to be more truthful about the location), and not lie about the amenities it offers.
Location: 5 miles away from theme parks and 5 miles away from Downtown (should not be named Downtown Ramada)
This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did they lie about being located in Downtown Orlando, the room was in horrible shape when we checked in. There were yellow stains on the sheets. Carpets were not vacuumed. Toilet was dirty and the shower had mold. If you can avoid this place, please do so at all costs.

Never Again in life! !!!!!

Posted 23-Dec-2016
This was the most run down Ramada I have been to and I travel daily. The staff are ghetto or foreign, with that being said they can't comprehend or are just plain ignorant. I was booked for a king bed , once I got there they put me in a room where my key didn't work, door didn't lock, and furniture was broken. I was locked out my room and no one could (would) accommodate me. I was switched to a room with 2 Queen beds and a drug stitch. I've reported them to the better business Bureau and I won't stop there... The property needs to be condemned PERIOD. The worst customer service EVERRRRRRRRRRRR, please visit one of my customer service classes I teach.
