My stay was cool. I loved the aesthetic and staff at the hotel. My only issue was having to call housekeeping for items that should have been in my room after they've cleaned it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The staff service was polite and it had beautiful pool area as everything looked like you’re on a tropical vacation! The beds were so comfortable! The point restaurant had amazing breakfast buffets and the bar inside has can’t miss wings. It’s very close to Disneyworld. The only things I did not like, the bus driver brought us to Disneyworld but one night was 45 mins late picking up and the other he didn’t even show up! The hotel did credit me $25 for this though. The only complaint I had about the room would be the bathrooms are dated. Covered plates mismatched colours (one white and one beige) Was not the biggest fan of the shower ans I felt it was kinda low and the toilet seat was on very loose. Also there was a 3 day period where house keeping did not bring any face cloths or refill the coffee sugar and cream. Once I asked downstairs though, they had given us refills and everything was stocked. I was surprised to see next door there is a hotel area that is no longer in service and people have completely broke into it and spray painted on the building and gutted through it as there’s mattresses on balcony’s and although that looked sketchy, I felt very safe and would stay at this location anytime! On the day I was leaving they were having some conference and they were all types of Lamborghinis and fancy cars outside, was definitely a sight! I give this location 4/5 stars.

To begin, our room was not ready for a 10 PM check-in. The room was so humid. Our clothes and bedding was all wet. When you tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room, it dialed 911 local emergency. Once we requested turn down service, the service was not completed until late in the evening. We basically had to get our own towels and toiletries. There are no cards for you to bring up your luggage so you have to walk a far distance and haul your own stuff. Housekeeping was horrible. It is clear that there is not enough staff.. and to top things off the hotel told me my bill was clear upon check out then they tried to charge me four separate times hours after my departure. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth the money.

First time paying parking in a Hotel. Normally is included on your stay but here you need to pay 20.47 daily. Very nice on lobby and pool area but they need to remodel the rooms. On my room 2206 the phone was disconnected, the fire alarm was disconnected too, very bad illumination, the lamp on the desk do not work properly.

When I first arrived at the hotel I noticed that the building looked a bit old but I stayed positive. The lobby looked amazing a smelled great. We paid $22/day for parking which was fine cause we only stayed 2 nights. Parking was okay they have a huge parking area( it does full up so you might a spot close to your building ) . The room smelled moldy and very moist the air in the room was thick. The phone didn't work. The door squeaks and stuff just looked old and rusty. The hotel is very nice I just think they need to invest some money in the hotel rooms as well. The hallways are small as well. The amenities they have are great the pool was huge. The gym was big but also smelled moldy. They have a pond with fishes and a nice outside sitting area. I would give a 3/10 Because I spend majority of my time in a moldy room. The staff friendly and very helpful.

The shuttle that took us to Disney was frequently late and sometimes randomly canceled. One shuttle had a bullet hole in the window and did not now how to get back to our hotel so we got lost for an hour.

Where do I begin? Wow I have never had an experience like this before. My reservation was for 5 days 4 nights and by the first night they checked us out the hotel without our knowledge. I received a checked out receipt in my email. I went to the front desk to inquire about what happened and I was told one of my room key was returned. How, when I have both keys in my possession. Terrible. Then the AC didn’t work so called the front desk for help 2 days in a row, no one ever came. House keeping never came to our room, no wash cloth or towel was in the room by day 2. What a mess! I swear management needs to be evaluated. The place smells moldy, the only place that smelled good was the over perfumed lobby.

Staff was very friendly and we made use of the resort credits. Rooms were small and humid and smelled like cigarettes. One day we did not get restocked with towels and had to go to the front desk. Price was great, but you get what you pay for.

The room was nice . But the biggest problem for me was the parking . I barely found a parking spot . And they charged you a parking fee . However , the stay and the hotel is well maintained.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. After paying for the room, I was told that they were sold out of rooms and was asked to drive around and look for a place to stay at 12:30 am when I had communicated that I had been drinking at a work party and could not drive. This was after I had called at 7 pm to confirm that everything was still okay with the reservation. The staff was rude and didn’t offer to help me to find an alternative location. Eventually, one staff member offered me the hospitality room with a pull out couch.

Overall its was a great experience. The room did have a musty smell but it wasnt horrible. Price was resonable for a Marriott. The 2 pools with the bar in the middle was really nice. Bartenders, drinks, and food were really good but pricey Be aware the main pool is not heated. Sitting by the pool is enjoyable and relaxing. Staying here was a great choice and we would stay again.

The hotel had a bad smell, especially in the hallways. It was a wet chemical carpet smell. Definitely need to update everything besides the entrance. Also Starbucks automatically charged 18percent tip without telling you when you use the $25 voucher given by the front desk.
