"The waterpark was small but warm water. The room was missing a lot of things needed to cook and clean. They had no kitchen towels to dry hands and dishes. Also, no measuring cup or scrubber. It made it difficult to make meals and clean. Tupperware would be nice to put away extras. The ice maker didn't work at all which was terrible in the hot temperatures. The restaurants were nice and had friendly staff."

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly! Serves breakfast if you care about that. Nice pools. Only complaint is a surprise $30 a day to park your rental car there. And they could really use golf carts to get ppl around since the property is massive. Otherwise great stay close to the parks without spending the exorbitant amount Disney wants you to in order to stay on their property hotels."

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"Hotel was really nice. Family rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was easy with Expedia reservation, please note that you will still need to pay for parking if driving to hotel. Elevators are a little far to get to in tower 2. If you are traveling with older guest, or someone with mobility issues request lower levels and/or near elevator. Side note this is a Value Resort so be prepared to see a lot of traveling kids from schools and different programs. Overall great hotel and a great place to stay."

10/10 Excellent

"I was originally supposed to be on the first floor. When checking in the staff member at the front counter informed me that I was on the first floor and if I wanted to be on a higher floor. I really appreciated him asking if I wanted to move to a higher floor since I was traveling alone."
