A stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with games room, hot tub and private pool facing west to enjoy evening sunsets.  
  
After all your exploring, this is the perfect place to relax; we suggest afternoons spent bathing in the Florida sunshine whilst enjoying a dip in your private pool, then sink into the bubbling hot tub as the sun goes down. Indoors, the villa features a fantastic games room – challenge each other to foosball, pool and air-hockey!  
  
Meals can easily be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed outside, in the breakfast nook or at the formal dining table.  
  
There is a Queen room situated on the ground floor with its own private ensuite. The home boasts two luxurious Master bedrooms on the second floor, both with King-size beds, private ensuites and have access to a secluded balcony; the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set. The room also boasts a large walk-in closet for all of your luggage!  
  
The further two bedrooms are sure to delight the kids; the Mickey Mouse twin room will get any child excited for their Disney trip, whilst the Lion King room has two full beds for the older kids to stretch out. These two rooms share a family bathroom.  
  
The home is situated in the sought-after community of Westhaven, a beautifully manicured resort featuring a clubhouse with a resort pool, fitness center and tennis court! It is within minutes from the world-class golf courses including Championsgate, a multitude of restaurants and grocery stores, conveniently 5 minutes from the I-4 and just 20 minutes to Disney World.
