Note 2: Photos were taken in March 2025\. We loved our first Windsor Hills home so much that we bought this one too. After years of renting in the area, we knew exactly what families want but rarely find — luxury hotel comfort, family-friendly amenities, and the warmth of home. This beautifully decorated, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is perfect for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. You’ll love the open layout, modern furnishings, and your own private screened-in heated spa pool — ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks. The master suite features a king bed with 500-thread-count cotton sheets, a memory foam topper, a plush comforter, a private en suite bathroom, and a wall-mounted HDTV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with premium bedding and a memory foam topper, with an adjacent full bathroom. The Disney-themed kids’ room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin trundle (sleeps 4), a private Mickey-themed bathroom, and plenty of space, books, and toys. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The dining table comfortably seats six. For entertainment, there is a 51-inch HDTV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and a variety of movies, plus an Xbox 360 with Kinect. Each bedroom also has its own HDTV and DVD player. The home includes free WiFi, books, puzzles, games, and toys for all ages. Step outside to your private heated spa pool with privacy walls and a west-facing view that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A removable safety fence is provided for families with young children. Our home is located in Windsor Hills, one of the closest resorts to the Disney parks. This gated, five-star community features a lagoon-style pool with two-story water slide and hot tub, splash pad and toddler pool, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, movie theater, billiards, and a castle-themed playground. The clubhouse also includes a small shop and café, and the resort has 24-hour gated security. Windsor Hills is less than two miles from Disney World, 10 minutes from SeaWorld, and 15 minutes from Universal Studios. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, including Outback, LongHorn Steakhouse, several restaurants at Sunset Walk, Publix, Walmart, and Walgreens. Golfers will enjoy nearby courses such as Mystic Dunes, Falcon’s Fire, and the Disney golf courses. The house was well laid out and clean. It had toys and books for the kids and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The resort pool was also awesome and only a short walk away. We were very close to the parks so the drive only took 10 or 15 minutes and allowed us a place to escape the craziness on our off days and when we left the parks. The issues that we had with the property were corrected promptly by the management company. However, some of those issues affected the amenities of the property itself and devalued our stay. They had toys in the kids room, and pool toys and life jackets. They even had a double stroller and a pack n play for us to use! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! Only negatives I could find, the house pool is extremely small and wasn’t heated like it said in the contract so we never used it. However the resort pool was great! It was heated and we enjoyed swimming despite being 60 degrees outside. The only other thing worth mentioning is there’s a lot of stairs to get to the second floor. Communication was incredible. Any time we had a clarifying question or requested something it was taken care of immediately. -Location = 10-15 minutes to all of the Disney parks. Slightly longer on way home due to Disney exit traffic. There is a Walmart 2 minutes down the road that allows you to stock up on stuff. -Home = the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in/cook if we wanted. They have a regular coffee machine which was great for the early mornings instead of running out (just buy coffee and filters at Walmart). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kids room had the bunk bed along with the bottom trundle which fit all of our kids (9, 7, 2). They also provided a bunch of stuffed animals and toys. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. Underrated component that people don't think of. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets/towels/etc. -Property = awesome. Full waterpark area for the kids. Day 1 where we checked in (they had no problem letting us in earlier once the cleaning crew finished) we had a GREAT day by the larger pool. At nights, we had our own private pool where the kids could end the day at the house after Disney. It was perfect. -Property Owners = incredibly responsive and helpful with advice, etc. -Price = very affordable and more comfortable instead of staying at a Disney property. We were able to go out to dinner outside of the park near here (every major restaurant chain nearby within 10 mins) 10/10 ##### Sean M.
