The manager is the best, she was super pleasant and had the information available I needed on the phone and in person. My loss is her name but took care of everything I needed on 4/13/24 and 4/14/24 till 11:00 both days

The property looked clean but there was an extremely strong odour in the room. We also attended the free breakfast, but by the time we got there, there was barely any food left and they didn’t replenish the supply.

The light switch did not work. the a/c didn't work. the curtains did not close. there was a door in my room that led to the room next door-the only thing stopping this door from opening into my room was an oversized chair placed in front of the door. the shower leaked. the shower tiles were cracked and some were missing. there were no hangers. the bathroom door scraped the toilet when you close it. there was no wifi. the tv did not work. the tv remote had no backing. there was a light in the parking lot that was a constant blinking strobe light. the door to the room was flimsy at best and the safety lock did not engage.

The property is nothing like the photos they display, it states clean and newly remodeled but our newly remodeled room was cracking falling apart floor tiles, holes in the walls under the sink, mold in the bathroom, dirty bathroom, stained everywhere. Bed spreads had brown stains and streaks on them. And to top it allll off, we only spent 15 minutes in the room and the roaches started coming out WITH THE LIGHTS ON. Crawling out from the door frames, behind the toilets, from under the sink. My wife and I checked out immediately. Tried to get a refund for our nights we DIDNT USE, and was told no even though the room was disgusting. The night desk worker was nice and great and very apologetic, but couldn’t do nothing so we had to contact someone in the morning. Was told we would get our deposit and resort fee back, but was a hard pass on their end and was told no, along with trying to contact Expedia who did a great job trying to help also told them no, they are not giving out refunds per policy, I get it, we set up a non refundable, but who in their right mind wouldn’t allow it when you were disgusting and infested with cockroaches to the point they come out with the lights on.

Arrived at property checked in went to the room and the room looked dingy the walls were full of mold in the restroom as well as the outside of the restroom, towels had pubic hairs on the and smell a little off on top of the being worn down. When we left and came back we noticed we had a few visitors. It was a bad roach infestation they were coming out of the toilet and all around the bathroom borders. We picked up and left. Never will go back
