The condo was very spacious and in good condition. Had an updated kitchen and bathrooms and was overall very nice. It has the comforts of home while on vacation.

Pros: beds
Cons: house keeping and include wifi
overall the stay was ok, I have had better. There shouldn't be a need to pay for wifi that barely works and the house keeping wait shouldn't be 2 hours or longer.

Very nice hotel close to all the theme parks

Posted 28-Aug-2015
Pros: It was like a home, instead of a hotel room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. pools, activities.
Cons: It was great
Location: Only a few minutes from all the Disney Theme parks and down town Disney, Restaurants and stores close by, easy access to freeways.
Hotel room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, allowing times with family, yet allowing individuals privacy. Included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer Staff was very nice, hotel was close to all the theme parks, restaurants, stores, yet was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay but be wary of the "concierge desk"

Posted 26-Aug-2015
Pros: Room layout and style was really nice, plenty of space. Clean. Good location.
Cons: Concierge desk with welcome package was terrible experience, wanted to punch the lady in the face...
Great hotel, suite style rooms with very nice pools and activities. Great price. After check in you are sent with your receipt to the "concierge desk" for a "welcome package." This is when I found out why the price was so low... It is basically like a timeshare scam where they try to sign you up for discounted Disney park tickets, dinners, etc in exchange for you sitting through their presentations about the resorts. Staff here was extremely rude and pushy and refused to take no for an answer. After telling the woman I wasn't interested in her "special deals" about 20 times, I finally left. So they CALLED MY ROOM and asked that I come back so I can get another welcome package and sign up for some stuff, very unhappy.

Ok but not four star rating

Posted 26-Aug-2015
Walls are thin so be prepared to wake early to doors shutting and families leaving for the parks. The hotel is average-- not four star quality. I would have been okay with this if I didn't think I was going to get four star quality.

Hard Sell Timeshare BS

Posted 23-Aug-2015
So my college bound daughter, my wife and I needed a room for one night in Orlando. Million of choices. We choose Grand Villas. Check in was easy and fast. After checking in the staff says "we have a free gift for you" stupid me I go over to the desk. Hard sell starts. Since we are only staying one night, they knew they had a short time to hook me. I politely say no thank you 3 times. They reluctantly let me leave. So ok I get it that should end it right? Nope! We had a late night dinner out and did not get to bed until 1am. At 8:45 my room phone rings same hard sell crap. I hung up in anger as we were still sleeping. To my credit I unplugged both phones. Over right? Nope 10:30 am knock at my door hello sir what activities can we help you with. Get the *@£* out of here. We could not check out fast enough. The place is nice but be prepaired for the hard sell! When does no mean no? I own two time shares and I was clear I was not interested. Good luck
