I was very pleased with all levels of communication. Anna and Victor were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The place is beautifully decorated and feels homey. The space had some minor issues relative to maintenance, but not anything that was overly bothersome or not resolved quickly. This is a second floor condo with new living room furniture that is VERY comfortable, unlike some of the other rentals at Bahama Bay. The kitchen was typical and all we needed there, the bathrooms also. The master and spare bedrooms were indicated as full-but they are queen so a nice surprise. Roomy for sure. The spare bedroom with a queen had a closet the owners locked in addition to the primary owner's closet in the main living space. This was a bit of a bother for our guests who had to hang clothes in the other spare room. Not a big inconvenience, but not typical and some looking for privacy or shared space may be bothered by this. My only real complaint which is not a bit deal for shorter stays, beds like all the others we have stayed in at Bahama Bay are a bit stiff with spring mattresses that are not the most comfortable. I'm not sure if these all have original beds, but for longer stays or people that like foam or a med loft, a topper may be a good option for you. This was a GREAT place to stay.
