This property is currently being renovated, taking that into consideration it is okay, but not worth what I paid for my stay (3 nights). Here is my very unpleasant experience. The first night there was some construction, we called and they stoped (11pm, I had to call from my cell phone, the phone in the room did not work). The third night (Sunday night) someone came and knocked at 1am, claiming there was an unknown flood and they were going to move us to another room, they never moved us, we where told to call in when we got up to “check if it was ok to use the bath room”. In the morning we called (from our cell phone) explained what happened at 1am, we were told the manager was on the way to our room to check the bathroom. When she arrived to our room, her attitude was terrible, she started recording on her cell phone as she inspected the bathroom, she said “the bathroom is fine why did you even call the front desk” followed by “you are not getting a refund” she refused to give us her name, when she finally did she said it was “Christina” she told us to get the F**k Out, I have never dealt with such disrespect and unprofessionalism in a hotel or resort, I was not asking for a refund, I simply needed to know if it was ok to use the bathroom. My 2 minor children were present when this happened. In addition no one comes to clean the room or exchange towels, I had to buy pillows because the “pillows” provided are the size of decorative pillows. The a/c in the room is ok.
