Welcome to turquoise Paradise .As soon as you enter the property you will be greeted by our tropical paradise theme.The home features the best of both theme parks with a Harry Potter themed room and a Disney theme room.This is a 4 bedroom,3 bath townhouse with a private splash pool.It is located in the beautiful gated community of Paradise Palms in Kissimmee Florida. This resort offers plenty of amenities including a movie theater,communal pool ,basketball courts,tennis courts,hot tub,sauna,gym and much more. Our home is no more than a two minute walk to clubhouse. And it’s minutes away from Disney Parks.

Great Place

Wonderful property for my family of five during our recent Disney/Universal trip. More than enough space for the five of us. Kids enjoyed the splash pool. Property was clean, loved the attention to detail, and the starter kit provided was much appreciated. Wonderful amenities on site as well. Check in process was easy and Gina was wonderful to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

This place has it all!

We just loved this place. The themed bedrooms was exciting to the kids. Everything was very clean and organized, beds were comfy, and it was even more spacious than the pictures made it seem. There was an issue with a mew lock being installed prior to our stay and the owners went ABOVE AMD BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of. They proved that they really cared and for that I’ll be a returning customer!

5-star Weekend!

We just had an absolutely amazing holiday weekend at the Turquoise Paradise! The other reviews are not wrong - this property is even better in person than it looks online. It was clean and well cared for. And it had every amenity we could possibly want, from pool towels and the fully-stocked coffee bar, to the extra toothbrushes and cotton balls/q-tips/makeup removing wipes in case you forget anything. The kitchen also had every dish, utensil, cooking, baking, or serving item you could want. The beds were extremely comfortable, and my daughter was in heaven in the princess-themed room. We also loved the amenities in the Paradise Palms community. It's extremely close to all kinds of shopping and restaurant options. Our kids were in heaven at the community pool and went down the water slide a million times. We enjoyed a morning AND evening walk on the nature trail (it's lit at night), and we had a great time spotting turtles, herons, and even a hawk. We're already planning on returning next year! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Family Disney Trip

Place was as advertised. The themed bedrooms were cute. They also had a playpen/high chair that came in handy for our little one. Everything felt clean and the place was in great condition.

Great place, great location - 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a winter vacation in the Orlando area after Christmas through New Years. The townhouse was super clean, had everything we needed for cooking meals and making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The pool was not heated & a bit chilly but it was January so we expected it to be cooler than normal. Check-in was easy and Gina was very easy to work with, our flight was delayed causing us to miss one full day of our stay and she offered to extend our stay by a day at no charge if it worked with our schedule, it didn’t but the offer was much appreciated. If we have the opportunity to stay in the Orlando area in the future we will try to rent from Gina.

Great Stay.

Property was clean and in a great location with lots of amenities. Check in process was very easy and Property manager was quick to respond to questions. My kids loved the Harry Potter room and enjoyed their stay. Would definitely book again.

Owner was nice and her place was beautiful and my family Loved everything from the beds to the pool.... resort was nice....the bar and grill food was good as well....

Great communication with the owner. Property was even better than pictures. Very spacious and nice to be able to spread out! Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. We were too busy at the parks to take advantage of resort amenities. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and supermarkets. Easy drive to parks. Noisy neighbors over the holiday weekend, but they could have just been weekend guests.

Perfect place to stay

This house is actually better looking in person than the photos! It’s decorated perfectly - great colors. Everything you need is there. The mattresses were comfortable, water pressure good. Appliances seemed very new. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it. Again- better in person than the photos
