My family of 4 stayed with other family of 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Check in process was very easy, the owner always got back to us when we needed any questions answers, and the house was very clean. The house was very clean. The beds and furniture were functional but tired. The appliances worked great. There was enough cooking and dining pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The house needs some updating and repairs made. The kitchen was not fully stocked of things needed for a months stay. I had to go and purchase several items like Pyrex, cookie sheet and drying towels. The king bed was broke and there was only a fitted sheet on the bed. The comforter in that room is ripped and fuzzed up. We discovered that there were toys stuck in the bottom of the sofa. The pool area is needing the most repair. The screens on the lanai are ripped and the door is needing replacement . We had several animals get into the pool area. The pool is not private! I only saw anyone servicing the pool one time while I was there. The heating cost was outrageous so I didnā€™t get the use of the pool. The neighborhood as a whole was ok, not quiet, lots of vehicles parked in the streets and yards. Busy area around the house do we heard many sirens and accidents. Before the house is rented I would suggest that owners look at repairing and replacing beds and sofas., And replenish the kitchen with necessities ##### Brent S. ---
