When I made a reservation, I especially wanted to include breakfast, but the breakfast was not there, the room was poor, and the customer service attitude was not good. We will never go again.

I've stayed with Celebration Suites before and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to Old Town Kissimmee. The AC struggled a bit but overall we enjoyed our one night stay

45 mins to check in charged for early check in after 2.00pm ,continual breakfast a joke told we can have 3 items then given to us. Never ever at other hotels.hg Got shock from the light switch by front door. on second floor had 2 handy capped adults and 2 babies. After long check in never scheduled for shuttle had to pay 44.00 for parking y choose the hotel. Manager did credit early check in and gave breakfast glad we did not have to pay

the hotel is OK, the service was good as we had trouble with TV service and they traded a 55" TV for a 12" TV in a room that was to sleeps 9+people and it was hard to watch such a tiny TV, no discount offered.......you pay 6.00 for breakfast for 3 items only which is ridiculous, who eats 3 items... I will not be using this hotel as it only had 1 bathroom to share between everyone as well

Good hotel, great location
The hotel was fine. They need ice buckets though. Full kitchens but no ice buckets or ice maker in the freezer. The lights outside the room were so bright shining through the ends of the curtains! I tried to tuck them and pull them but they just didn’t stay. When we finally got in bed at 11:30pm, I felt like we were trying to sleep during the day. But overall, the hotel itself was fine. It was clean and in a convenient location for what we were doing.

wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Celebration Suites. they were very friendly, the room was above standards of clean, we had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. it was near Walt Disney World and they had a shuttle to and from the parks, although we didn't use them, it was a nice to offer. many food venues close by. our kitchen in the room was very nice and had all that we needed (besides food of course). We highly recommend this hotel and will be booking with them in the future trips to Orlando.

Compared to most motels in the area, this place was very nice. As a lot of reviewers have said, it could use some updating. The beds weren't very comfortable, bathroom door stuck & the fan was loud. The floor lamp in living room was leaning sideways. Furniture old and paint scraped off some walls. These are all just little things to me. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how spacious the 2 bedroom suite was. The only thing that surprised me was that there were no tissues in the bathrooms. There were 3 TVs, but the living room display did not fill the entire screen. We couldn't figure out how to fix it, but didn't want to bother anyone because we had already called to have the remote that wasn't working replaced & he had a hard enough time with that. I was upset that my reservation with Expedia gave me a late check out, but motel said that it was wrong. They were going to check it out & call me with an update. This never happened.

This is an older property with warn furniture and surroundings. There is no getting around that. But, if you need an inexpensive place for a large family with an eat-in kitchen and a living room and 3 bedrooms plus a Murphy bed and sleep sofa, this is the place for you. It is also close to the attractions.

Surprisingly Quiet
The suite is actually a 2-bedroom set-up, one master and one w/ two double beds separated by a living room and stocked kitchenette w/ single bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, but I noticed two pesons behind the desk idle with a large line - possibly a trainer and an auditor. Nonetheless, it gave the impression of slow service and absent guest service. I absolutely do not like the idea of being referred to what presents as a sales desk to get your parking pass. Give it to me at the desk please. The property is wide open for solicitation and it is not uncommon for local restaurants to constantly slip advertisements thru the cracks in the door. This is a family-friendly property and I expected unattended kids to be wild on the upper floors; however, usually exhausted, after a busy day there was little if any noise. I observed two teens with hunter-quality slingshots standing in the road pelting cars in a lot when I returned one evening. I tried to call the front desk, and watched for security. The line was busy and security was not visible. On that basis I would say this is an open property with little active security to protect guests and/or property. I would still recommend the hotel for families, but be vigilant of these issues.

Great location
Great location. Excellent value for money. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only fault is that the place overall is tired looking but could see condos being renovated urging our stay. Great having use of towels at pool. Housekeeping great - any requests dealt with promptly and not a problem. Loved old town next door. We were in T block so furthest away and noise not an issue at all but yet so close. Would definetly stay here again.

Very old buildings in dire need of upgrades but extremely spacious. We had a few instances of maids not bringing new towels (but taking the old ones) or not taking the old towels (but leaving new ones). It's all tiled so it would've been nice to have a broom or mop in room.

2 bedroom condo actually fits 10 people.Too Big!
When I found out that the 2 bedroom condo fits 10 people, i asked to change the room. Unfortunately, the hotel could not reimburse the difference in daily rate. Travelocity or hotel should do a better job providing details on the rooms.

Great accommodations for a very reasonable price. Especially if you just need it primarily if you are on a Disney vacation and just use it for sleeping at night. We had a total of six people, five adults and a child, sleep comfortably in a 2 bedroom suite. The only drawback was the single bathroom.

Perfect place for family stay
I was very happy here and would definitely stay again. My wife and I stayed here in order to wait-out Hurricane Matthew but this is a perfect option for larger families who are taking the typical Florida "theme park vacation". This hotel is apartment living with a very large layout. We stayed in the two bedroom floor plan that included a living room, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with regular-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and even basic pots, pans, and utensils. It would have fit six people very comfortably or eight people adequately. Additionally, this is a pet-friendly hotel, which was essential for us as we fled with our two dogs and cats. The only negative is the check-out time and access to customer service. I have never witnessed a longer check-in time then this place - multiple trips by the attendant to the back office, print-outs, signatures, time on the computer, etc. I can't imagine what they were doing, but my check-in took about 30 minutes. I did not witness anyone taking much shorter than that. That does not count the time spent waiting in line to get to the check-in desk (close to 60 minutes). They really need to improve and streamline this process. However, once you are through this process, the time will be worth it. Attendances and Management were all very friendly and helpful.

by far one of the worst hotels I have been to in my life. let me start off by when we arrive at the property all 6 of us we was promised a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo waited 4 hours for them to say they don't have no rooms available with two bathrooms, but before that I was promised over the phone that we would have a newly renovated room ...my room look like it was from the 80's plus all the pictures you see on this site is not there. there is basketball court, the front lobby does not look like that, the park for my daughter was out of order, numerous outlets in my condo did not work, bathroom light goes off all the time so if you were in there longer then ten mins and not close to the switch you would have use the bathroom in the dark, balcony door was coming off the hinges, cleaning ppl do not speak English never changed my sheets and I requested them to, not enough supplies for my family to use, no knife, a pilot on the stove wasn't working and mind you I only had two pilots to cook for six people, lamp didn't work in the living room so you had to watch t.v in the dark, kids room closed the whole time, cooking on one pilot I turn the vent on the vent falls down and a dead water bug fall into my food, the staff came 5 hours later to take the water bug out, the next two days I had to eat out because I was so disgusted and the hotel wouldn't do nothing about spoke to the manager she said she is very sorry but can't help since she is not the general manager do not stay here

Frustrating and disappointing
Deceitful practices, overbooked and transferred 8 of us to a standard room with no kitchen. Had to fight for two rooms, was told to sleep on floor. Had to pay for 2 bedroom condo, even though at another hotel in standard room. Requested first floor due to handicap would not provide. Room had broken bed, lack of security-doors would not lock properly. Refused any type of refund because room was given at Holiday Inn. Staff had attitude and lack of concern. Told me if wanted to either take what they have to offer or cancel reservation. They did not care we had pre bought tickets to events or parks and this moving around would take away from these activities. We lost our reservations at Medieval Times due to move to Holiday Inn, lost all our food we bought. The whole experience was appalling, and will never again stay or recommend this hotel. The only thing they did do was not charge me for late check out.

The hotel location is great. There's tons of food places in walking distance and things to say and do. The room was HUGE! Technically 3 bedrooms but only 2 rooms have tvs and balconies, 2 bathrooms, and the living room has a tv, chair/couch and a wall bed! The room was great!

The room was a little outdated, but very clean and very spacious. There were enough beds and it was comfortable. College kids next door had a party one night until 5am and were very inconsiderate, but front desk handled it well the next morning when I complained. They offered to move us to another room, but we were happy where we were and only had one more night to stay, so they assured me that the manager would speak to them and if it happened again, they would move them elsewhere.

Not what we expected. Although all the amenities advertised were there, they were not readily available as the complex Is really spread out. Laundry has 6 washers with all but two broken. Another guest told us about a secret laundry in another building. Never did find the cafe. Game room and other amenities too far away to use. Desk lost our reservation daily. Will look for something else next time.

the hotel is old and even though our condo was clearly just painted and renovated, it still feels old. No decorations, and quite bare, but spacious and clean. On the down side, even though it's a full condo, there were no paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. I think is a fair place to stay and you get what you pay for. It was clean, and well located, but not fancy, loud AC (old in-room units, no central air), etc.
