I was very happy here and would definitely stay again. My wife and I stayed here in order to wait-out Hurricane Matthew but this is a perfect option for larger families who are taking the typical Florida "theme park vacation". This hotel is apartment living with a very large layout. We stayed in the two bedroom floor plan that included a living room, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with regular-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and even basic pots, pans, and utensils. It would have fit six people very comfortably or eight people adequately. Additionally, this is a pet-friendly hotel, which was essential for us as we fled with our two dogs and cats.
The only negative is the check-out time and access to customer service. I have never witnessed a longer check-in time then this place - multiple trips by the attendant to the back office, print-outs, signatures, time on the computer, etc. I can't imagine what they were doing, but my check-in took about 30 minutes. I did not witness anyone taking much shorter than that. That does not count the time spent waiting in line to get to the check-in desk (close to 60 minutes). They really need to improve and streamline this process. However, once you are through this process, the time will be worth it. Attendances and Management were all very friendly and helpful.
