Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not included, they are considered personal items. Rules and guidelines for your comfort: POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. The decor and cleanliness was outstanding. We come to Orlando several times a year and usually stay at the park resorts. This is our 2nd time staying at a rental home. We are definitely looking forward to visiting this home again soon. We did not use the pool but it was so nice as well, looking forward to using it sometime. If you’re looking for a Beautiful, cozy home look no further. The drive to the parks was not bad at all. The host was so nice.
