We stayed here for a quick overnighter and were quite surprised by the value and hospitality. It’s an older, but well maintained and beautiful property. We didn’t use the pool, but the water was very warm and clean. It even had a little kiddy pool with a water feature which my children would have loved when they were younger. There was a herd of deer on the property, a gator and some rather large snapping turtles just vibing in the pond. The room was great. Slightly dated, yet not in need of repair or upgrade just yet. The only thing that could have make our stay even better is a washer/ dryer…but it wasn’t advertised as having them, so no fault to the hotel there. It has a real beach house vibe and is a 2 minute walk across the street to the entertainment district. The property name is cute too and just makes you feel relaxed as you arrive. A all around for property and staff. It’s especially tough times in the service industry and hard to find engaged, motivated and reliable staff, but the employees you have, have made our stay a lovely one. And for that, you should be proud. Keep up the great work and I’m sure you will have several repeat customers for many years to come.

It was a perfect stay - affordable and playground and sand pit right outside my door - perfect for my toddler ! Pool looked very well maintained and clean but she a frady cat so we didn’t use it! The area is SO fun! Right behind it is Oldtown- again- perfect entertainment for our needs! Only unforeseen issue was there seems to be a cut thru behind thru the playground on the property and someone scared the crap outta me one night but seemed harmless lol and the staff was knocking at the stroke of 10am to get us out which was annoying with a toddler. All and all for value location cleanliness and proximity to fun I will Def return

Liked the convenience to Old town area proximity. Did not like, rooms need a facelift paint etc. It’s confusing two property management companies at main office for both check in and check out. Staff coverage is sparse at the office. Toilet paper was like sand paper. Liked the shampoo conditioner and soap products. TVs were modern. Tiles need a steam cleaning.

We have stayed here twice for our Disney trip, we love it, the amenities are great, the downstairs condos are great , it’s less than 10 minutes from Disney, the staff is great, the only negatives are that the beds aren’t very comfortable and if someone is staying in the room above you it’s not very quiet

I stayed here for two nights. The first was fine with no issues whatsoever. The second night, when my husband and I got back after a long day and had a busy day ahead of us, we found that there was a group of people who rented the condo below us. They played music extremely loudly until 2:00 am to the point of our bedroom floor shaking. I sent a text to the front office about my concern around midnight, but they were not checking texts at that time. When my husband knocked on the neighbor’s door, they ignored him, so he went to find security. There was not anyone for our side of the property to deal with the matter. They only turned it off when my husband screamed through the floor that he would call the police. The loud group was definitely not the resort’s fault, however, I wish that there was some staff who could’ve dealt with the issue. It’s a safety concern that my husband had to go knock and interact with these people. I received a text in the morning that the resort would address the noise complaint, but we were already checking out at that time. It would be great if there could be a staff member on duty to deal with things like this.

Property is quiet and clean. Condos are kept in good order. Housekeepers are very accommodating and try to help in every way even with language barrier. Some reception staff are helpful and friendly. However, some are not. I called on two separate occasions for wake up calls but didn't receive them.. the second one being a call to get to the airport. Lucnily we didn't need it. Employee named Edgar was the most friendly and helpful. Pool area and grounds are kept in good order.

Enjoyed overlooking a body of water and safely seeing a gator. There were also deer roaming. It wasn't warm enough to swim, but the view from our unit was great. Checking in was easy and the unit was very comfortable at an affordable price. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff very friendly the room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would have to say would be to just update the bathrooms a little bit not major just some of the tile and grout was a little old looking, but not a big deal, but I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy and quick. Space is a bit dated but clean and spacious. Ample parking in front of our unit. The toilet was leaking in our initial unit but management was able to move us immediately to the other unit in the building which was also very spacious. A short five minute drive to WDW and ESPN. Perfect location if going there! Only thing I would suggest is having an external key drop for guests checking out in early morning hours.

Very clean and easy efficient check in. We could hear the guests in the unit downstairs. Old Town can be noisy but shuts down at a reasonable hour. We had a condo suite with kitchenette. It was very well equipped. Overall a good stay.

Clean, Reasonable Cost BUT.......
Been staying here for 5-6 years for an annual January event in the Kissimmee area. This year we had some problems....subfloor under toilet was breaking down and floor tile was cracking and moving as you stepped on it. Set the HVAC system but it wouldn't turn on...arrived back to the property after a long day to find room was 75 degrees (in January). Adjusted temo to 70 and set to cool but 12 hours later the temp was still 75 degrees. Made for aa restless night. Also, there is no maid service during stay-a carryover from COVID (4 years ago) but at this point the policy is to eliminate costs. While this is supposed to be a gated property, which is helpful when Old Town Entertainment District is across the street, the entrance gate has been inoperable for at least the past 2 years. Lastly, about the location to Old Town....I was awakened multiple times by loud partying in Old Town parking lot across the street on Friday night....the last time was at nearly 3am This place is reasonably priced and clean but I'm questioning whether I would go back again.
