You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.  
  
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.  
  
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

✦ What We Provide:  
  
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.  
  
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.  
  
✦ Pet Policy:  
  
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.  
  
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:  
  
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Overall a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4\. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. The dishwasher and laundry facilities were also perfect for our needs. It was very hot during our stay so we would’ve like to have had ceiling fans, but we bought a tower fan and that helped in the main bedroom.

We had a great time with our friends and family. We spent 12 days at this home and we had fun. However, future visitors should know that very few home supplies are included in the rental. For example, you will have to purchase an oven mitt and other essential items. Also, I strongly advise that you take picture upon arrival and before leaving. We were charge with an extra fee for the BBQ grill that we never used and never asked for in the first place. We came back at the end of July and this issue is still not settled.

This location is so convenient. It’s surrounded to many food and shopping areas as well as close to Disney. In addition, the communication with the property manager was great, always quick to respond and keep me updated. Great stay!

Check-in was easy with access codes to the property (gate and door entrance) provided in plenty of time before arrival. It was also nice that we were able to check-in early. The kitchen was fully equipped (appliances, dishes,glasses silverware etc.) with all we needed during our stay.

The house was fine for our needs. It could use a little work. Kitchen faucet needs help. Quite a few scuffs on the walls. Master bath tile floor is cracked. The coffee pot was pretty small. Overall it was fine.

#### Very disappointed with this villa, dirty and very worn

Unhappy with overall condition, dirty carpets, worn through on stairs, broken tiles on bathroom floor, no blind or window covering in bathroom, window frame broken in two places in ensuite. All walls scuffed and kick boards very dirty. Reported this to Wonder Homes who advised they would send cleaner, no one ever came. Pool made loud noises for first two nights, pool man came and said water level was too low, he cleaned the pool. On the plus side the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils. The bed in master was comfy, but it was a big disappointment that the villa was not clean or well maintained.
