Location was great! Home and spaces were beautiful! Gate access for listed family members was not communicated (denied). The five bathrooms did not have soap and shampoo as mentioned in listing. We contacted the agency and gallon jugs were dropped off! Poorly managed property…

#### Green Pool

When we checked into the rental, the pool was green and full of algae. We immediately called and were told they would send out the pool maintenance company within an hour. An hour turned into day 2 of our stay. It was a huge disappointment since we rented the house because of the pool. Do not waste your time or money on this rental!
