This house was not ready to house someone. 1\. Maintenance never came to fix the tvs 2\. A glass is missing out of the bathroom window. 3\. Duct tape on remotes that don't work!! 4\. No jaccuzzi for the entire weekend. I would like to be refunded the money paid to have it heated. 5\. I was constantly Lied to about maintenance coming and was told too many properties were broken to consider mine. 6\. Bugs in the house leaving my family members with bug bites. 7\. The refrigerator didn't get cold. 8\. We had a wonderful experience in this home. House was spacious, clean, had plenty of towels etc. foosball table was an added bonus for the kids. Encore is a beautiful gated community and we’d definitely stay here again. Our 1 issue was the pool heat - it didn’t work but the communication was excellent. They responded promptly, sent people out to get it fixed. Unfortunately it needed a part so it wasn’t fixed in time for us to use it but the property manager graciously offered us tickets to the water park so the kids had a great time!
