This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting. You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours before arrival.

Champions Gate is a gated community. Each driver must present ID at the security gate. A maximum of 3 names/vehicles may be added per reservation. Please provide first and last names at least 24 hours prior to arrival for a smooth check-in process.  
  
Starter Supplies  
This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished:  
  
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom  
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom

• Heating takes 24–48 hours and requires at least 72 hours’ notice.  
• No pool heating April–September due to high outdoor temperatures.  
• Heating effectiveness may vary when temperatures fall below 60°F (15°C).  
  
Other Pool Information  
• Pool service takes place every Thursday and may make the pool unavailable for up to 3 hours.  
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures.  
  
Grill Notice  
• No grill onsite. Guests may rent one from a local provider.  
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio.

#### Beautiful home in desirable area

Great updated property in champions gate! The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed the heated pool at the home. Access to the Oasis was a great bonus and a short walk. Great value for families!! Would stay again.

Place is much nicer in pictures than in person. The property management team is rude and not helpful. Little to no information given about the resort (no map given, no numbers left for restaurants in resort, NOTHING!!!), they advertise kid friendly but they don’t have even have the tv in the family room securely hung (but the host blamed me for not seeing the picture that the family room shows the tv on the stand, the carpet felt dirty, the drain in the tub was slow, beds were uncomfortable, trash was left at home.
