"Fijne plek op de heuvel bij het meertje. Mooie wandeling daaromheen 2 uur. Huisje is volledig ingericht met fijne sauna en open haard. Wij waren daar in Juni = muggenseizoen. Daardoor toch veel binnen doorgebracht. Zwemplek op 160m. Omgeving is stil, dichtstbijzijnde winkel 9 km. Daar ook fijne lunchplek. Routebeschrijving was wat verwarrend"

"Excellent location. The owner could not do enough for us, very helpful and provided us with some local maps of the area. Spacious cottage with its own sauna, rowing boat, BBQ and hockey barn! Fantastic value for money and we all want to visit this beautiful cottage in the winter to experience the snow and icy lakes. Highly recommend this place in this wonderful country."

"We loved our few days staying at Lokinsiipi. The cabin is gorgeous, modern, clean and the location is fantastic. It is well isolated and the lake is gorgeous. The nearby village of Mänttä had everything we needed for groceries and even a pizza. Our kids loved to sauna and swim (several times a day). Other than the mosquitos (welcome to Finland), we have zero complaints. The owner was exceptional to work with and fantastic in communicating with us. We will be back and will stay longer."
