Large communal swimming pool with children's area Large terrace partly covered with views of the pool Free secure parking space Possibility below the apartment to have a space in a secure garage (15€ per week) Very fast and free wifi A final cleaning (with covid protocol) of 90€ is mandatory and will be paid upon delivery of the keys. It includes the provision of bed linen (beds are made on arrival) and bath towels. Large swimming pool, baby pool and showers. Large palm trees and other tropical plants make it an ideal place to relax. Picnic area next to the pool. 20 restaurants, bars (with live music every night) and 2 supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona) within walking distance (6 minutes walk). La Fuente shopping area. Also pharmacy, bakery, wine shop etc ... This area has a lot to offer in terms of catering with very reasonable prices. Shopping Less than ten minutes away by car, you will find the La Zenia Boulevard Orihuela Costa shopping center, modernized in 2024, which houses 180 stores and has a large indoor and outdoor parking lot. Inspired by the US Open Mall, you will find fashion stores, telephones, DIY, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, household appliances, restaurants, bars, an Auchan hypermarket, a bowling alley and a large children's play area. It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (except for the bowling alley and restaurants which will remain open later).
