Located above the superb golf course of Las Ramblas, it has a superbly furnished terrace with a South orientation. Very beautiful very bright rooms. You are close to shops, restaurants, 4 golf courses and the sea. 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend a relaxing holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting. Superb community pool below the apartment. Beaches just 9 minutes by car. 6 golf courses nearby, bike rides or walks along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants...) will delight you. Description: Apartment in a green setting, with an unobstructed view of nature and the sea in the distance. 2 bedrooms (4 people max.) 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets. Nous avons été également conquis par la vue imprenable de la terrasse sur la réserve naturelle, la mer et la piscine à débordement. Même en plein hiver, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse car celle-ci est bien orientée. La situation de l'appartement permet un accès rapide aux commerces, plages et restaurants qui restent animés même en hiver. Magnifique propriété avec une superbe vue ! Il ne manque absolument rien dans cet appartement et tout est décoré avec goût . La terrasse est très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et le site naturel .
