Nice inexpensive hotel. Short walk to centre and pristine beach. Close to bars cafes and shops. Really impressive air con in rooms. Nice sunbathing area with small pool.

Disgusting filthy place, avoid
The most disgusting filthy place I have ever stay in. The horrible aggressive person on reception is rude and arrogant, no please no thank you,just .the one word questions. He should be removed from reception and taught customer service,a smile costs nothing,and manners are important.

Don't waste your money, look at others in the area
The person on reception when we checked in just gave us the impression he couldn't be bothered. The lift was broken. The room was very small and very tired, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We went half bard and there was a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. The food was basically thrown onto the plate and not very nice. At breakfast there was no juice or water. There was hardly any bread to make toast and nothing to put on the toast except jam and butter. There was one man on reception later on the day who was much nicer but was doing reception, the bar and serving the food.

As it says on the tin
Hotel is situated off the main beach area. 5/10 min walk. Opposite Petrol Station. Plenty of on road parking. Check in was straight forward. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. No frills. Spanish Breakfast included, tomato tostada, coffee and fresh orange juice. All for 29 Euro.

Small hotel with sun bathing roof terrace which has a small pool and a bar. Great position for market,beach, and excellent value chinese restaurant nearby. You can also get tapas below in the hotel bar. Nothing to dislike at this price really.

Great 2 star hotel.
Great hotel close to the current airport 5mins in a taxi. Very clean hotel new towels and beds made each day. Lovely staff adequate breakfast . In all would stay again only would hire a car next time.

Excellent value for money
The hotel is not right on the beach but it is only a short walk. The cost of a room is very reasonable £20 and includes breakfast. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast with coffee, orange juice, breads and cakes. The disappointment is on the drop down box regarding rooms on the booking site it indicated that there would be a balcony and fridge. There was none in the room. I would suggest that you confirm directly availability as only a few rooms have a balcony.

Fabulous hotel not far from the beach very clean but very basic don't expect massive rooms etc however the bed's are mega comfy staff are really friendly And it's clean amazing value for money I popped over to the hotel opposite that was double the price not a patch on this one close to airport but you didn't hear airplanes at all breakfast basic toast jam and cake but €32 per Room per night I was well happy best night's sleep all week again bed's mega comfy

Trabuca stay
We loved this little hotel. The room was very clean, nice and warm and even though overlooked the road we didnt hear any noise. It was basic, but a good base for for the promenade/bars/shops. It had pool terrace which was a surprise as It is only small. It had a lovely little bar, used by the locals too, nice tapas and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was only continental style with bread/cakes/juice/tea/coffee etc but we really enjoyed it - a change from eggs/bacon/beans etc.. Enjoyed our stay here

Nice cheap hotel close to beach in quiet area
Picked this hotel because of great location and price. Very good wifi.For a two star hotel, this hotel is very much recommended. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Only stayed one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning, but overall I have no complaints. The Hotel was very clean and the service was very good. Excellent value for the price I paid. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Great Valve
It is what it is 2* Hotel. However, staff excellent, cafe good selection of tapas, menu covers all tastes, lots if locals frequent which endorses good quality food at reasonable prices. There is an outdoor plunge pool with a bar and is a good area to cool off. The rooms are small but functional. All in all you get great valve for your money for a 2* hotel. Would I stay again, YES.... its better than some 3-4* hotels in the area.

Pleasant Surprise
We booked this hotel as we had an early flight the next day.We chose the Trabuco based on Hotels.com reviews and we were not disappointed.For the price of less than £25 for two including a basic continental breakfast we found the staff especially Juanco, Rachel and Mario at the pool bar very helpful and although our room was small and a little dated,the bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent.The big bonus was the heated pool. We will certainly stay there again.

A Catalogue of errors!!!!!! Terrible time!!!!!!!
We arrrived, there were builders in the foyer, we had to step over tools to get in, then we were told to use a different door,we went to check in, I was told I needed to pay, I had already paid so I showed the girl on the app on my phone,she said ti would be rectified later, we went in through the cafeteria/bar area, we had to walk through dust etc to get to the lift, there was thick builders dust in all the corridors etc,the sound of drilling and banging was unbelievable, we went down to the cafe to eat, we had ta[as and that was quite nice, reasonably priced and the girl was friendly.Around 6.30pm the drilling/banging stopped, then around 8pm the drunken builders started trawling the corridors, shouting at the top of their voices to each other and hammering on each others doors!!! This stopped before midnight, but started again around 6am when they were getting ready for work!! We then had to walk through a crowded cafe/bar to get to breakfast......it was very noisy.....the same until we left really, AND I was asked twice more to pay!!!!!!! Not entirely sure how anyone has the pure cheek to make me pay for that anyhow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other two hotels on our trip were just about perfect

A hidden gem
We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel more than exceeded our expectations after reading the mixed reviews before our trip. We couldn't really fault anything, the breakfast could have been a little more varied however for the small amount we paid on top of the room rate it was adequate. We ate Tapas from the hotel bar and they were delicious and very reasonably priced, well worth a try! There were other bars nearby and the beach is just a short walk away. All in all excellent value for money that we would recommend to others and will definitely stay again.

Very accommodating
We did not actually stay at hotel Trabuco as they did not have enough available rooms for our party. They were very helpful with the booking error and upgraded us to another hotel close to the beach which was a bonus. Be prepared with your Spanish dictionary, I had to get someone to translate for me!
