This light and airy holiday apartment offers a beautiful terrace with comfortable seating and access to a communal pool. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a pretty townhouse on a private estate in Orihuela Costa. From here, you can reach the magnificent sandy beach of Cala Capitán just 250 m away. The apartment extends over 72 m² and comes with 3 bedrooms for 6 adults and 1 child. Your pets are also welcome here! You can read a book in peace, enjoy the sun or barbecue with the family on warm summer evenings in the communal gardens.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Grayt stay in nice location. A litle bit of Communication problems because the keyholder could not speak english. Checking in was ok, but no one did meet us by checking out kl.10. We didn’t have internet because we didn’t receive the code.

Could not go as unable to quarantine on return

We really liked the look of this property and we were very disappointed that they were unwilling to offer us a voucher when we were unable to come. The family all work and could not afford to quarantine on return to UK. We have lost all the money we paid. We understand things are difficult but equally some sort of recompense would have been appreciated as a good will gesture. I have only done the stars so that I could add my comments
