I had made a four night reservation, but couldn't take it anymore and checked out after the second night. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like cat urine. The carpets look like they are worn down to almost nothing and are extremely dirty. Our first night involved listening to a group of late teen/early 20ish people move from room to room letting the doors slam each time. Sometimes they would just stand in the hall talking loudly until 1:40am like they were the only people on the earth. The 2nd night the same thing occurred. I contacted the front desk about this twice and the second time I asked to be moved to a different room. So, my companion and I packed up to move to a different room at 1:15am. When we went to the front desk to get our new room assignment, one of the "entitled" people we had just complained about followed us downstairs to see who we were. We sure didn't feel safe after that. The front desk person "upgraded" us to a suite, but the new room smelled as bad as the hall carpet on the second floor. After a sleepless night I tried to take a shower, but nozzle was broken. The front desk clerk said if they couldn't get it fixed we would have to move rooms yet again. We no longer felt safe, clean or sanitary there. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than ever stay at this hotel again. A horrible, horrible experience and the people who own it should be ashamed and embarrassed to not make it a better run place. Perhaps a health inspector should shut it down!
