PROPERTY DESCRIPTION  
Experience tranquility and tropical charm in this newly listed Palm by the Sea Two-bedroom condo. Nestled within the renowned LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, featuring a resort pool, lush landscaping, and just minutes' walk from the famous Eagle Beach.  
  
Please note: The current images are temporary and intended solely to provide a sense of the condo's layout. The current mood board images are for reference only. The interior will be fully furnished and professionally redecorated in a light, modern aesthetic with a palm tree-inspired theme. Similar pieces are currently being sourced to align with this vision. The unit will feature a completely updated interior and will be guest-ready in September 2025.  
  
Step onto the furnished balcony that spans the living room and both bedrooms, perfect for soaking in Aruba's sunshine and creating lasting memories with stunning views.  
  
Inside, the open-concept living area with sofa-bed (queen-size mattress), a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and barstools. Just off the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer-dryer and storage space.  
  
Primary bedroom includes:

\- Direct balcony access

This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps 6 guests in a king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and a sofa-bed.

THE RESORT  
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
