The kitchen felt about 6 degrees C. Amenities were bare minimum. The people upstairs had young kids that were running and stomping around by 8am and we had one of our kids trying to sleep and be ready for his swim meet and was woken up early sat and sun due to this. The sidewalk to the basement was not shoveled and very slippery.
