Never Again

Posted 24-May-2017
Pros: Surprisingly, beds were comfortable. Or just that my family and I were exhausted from spending most of the day at Disneyland in the heat.
Cons: New management, having enough housekeeping, better breakfast, parking, etc.
Never again will I stay here. For starters I checked in at 4pm (check in is at 3pm), as I walked up to my room housekeeping was still in the room cleaning it (I was the 3rd room that was not ready). Family and I had to wait outside after traveling 3-4 hours for housekeeping to finish. Day2 arrived to my room after spending all afternoon at Disneyland, wanting to take a shower and had no towels. Room had no working phone to call front desk to ask for towels. Housekeeping was cleaning a few rooms down, as she was folding towels to give me, she placed the clean towels down on a dirty picnic table covered with dust and food build up. Day3 I get back to my room around 3pm from Disneyland to find my room untouched! I walked to the front desk asking to talk to management, and was told "HE" is only here at 10am. Clerk said only way to get a hold of Manager was via text (never talked to Manager), and that most of the time clerk has to fix issues themselves. I was so over this hotel and there's much more to go on about. I learned my lesson from wanting to "TRY" a different hotel from where I usually stay. I feel like this hotel LACKS management and I do not recommend this hotel!

not what the pictures or description show

Pros: location was not too far away from Disneyland
Cons: everything
Location: location was close to Disneyland and other restaurants/hotels.
room with correct bed size was not given to us, we had to go back to check in and get a new room. hotel staff did not have either room clean when we walked in, they were still in the room and did not finish properly even though we checked in 2 hours after check in time began. bed was very hard and uncomfortable. blankets and pillows were terrible. after walking around Disneyland for 3 days we wanted to be comfortable in our room and that was not the case. Coffee was cold, food that was told would be available was not. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It was a place to sleep

The parking is very limited, it says there is parking but only until it fills up. Our door didn't really close all the way, it closed enough to lock it, but you could hear outside. And the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbor and your neighbor can hear you. No privacy.

not bad for price

Not bad close to Disneyland but hotel needs a little updating. Flooring is tile which is fine but slow it noise early in the morning if you sleep in. Limited breakfast but if you get there early enough they bring in some amazing donuts. Close to evening including amazing ice cream at the corner.

Room was not very clean and had to change the light bulb in the bathroom myself. Also, found a cockroach in the room. Would not recommend it.

Walkable to Disneyland and get what you paid for

Pros: The only thing about this Hotel is the location.
Checking in we had seen a purse and some personal bags that were left in the room, turns out it was one of the maids belongings!! We had no hot water the time we checked in til 7pm. And no towels!!! Bathroom smelled like rotten eggs!! Limited amount of breakfast items. The OJ dispenser was out of order and all they had was pastries and toast!!!

FLOP HOUSE

Posted 28-Jan-2017 on Hotels
I have stayed at a lot of hotels and let me just say this was the worst one. When i arrived the water to my room was off and stayed that way for 4 hours. the floor was filthy the sink was leaking all over the floor. The springs on the matteress were coming through the material. And to top it off at about 3:30 am there were people yelling and screaming in the parking lot. i couldnt sleep. When i did fall asleep i over slept and was late checking out i was approached in my room yelled at and told if i wasnt paying to get out..... I have never been more humilated in my life. i would not recomend this hotel to anyone.
