Hôtel proche de l’aéroport.

L'atout de cet hôtel est sa proximité de l'aéroport, c'est aussi un inconvénient car on entend fort bien les avions. Heureusement il n'y a pas d'opération sur l'aéroport pendant la plupart de la nuit. Pour le prix de la chambre le service est assez décevant comptez de payer pour le parking,... Des rénovations sont en cours donc celles-ci peuvent causes de la gène mais l'hôtel en a besoin sur pas mal d'aspects...

Construction

Pros: The hotel bar attendant was very nice and we voiced our unhappiness with regards to the construction and lack of customer service.
I arrived at my hotel on Friday and just walking into the hotel I noticed a lot of plastic on the carpets and even more on the floor I was staying. I didn't think much of it since it was pretty quiet on my floor when I checked in around 3. Saturday morning I was woken up by drills, pounding on the walls, and guys yelling down the hall. I was so mad cause this was supposed to be a vacation for me and my bf and we get woken up on a morning we were both trying to sleep in. Sunday morning at checkout I did tell the front desk I was not happy and they did comp our parking but when I told them they should have disclosed the hotel going under renovations on their site he quickly changed the subject. Also they are very under staff. We had an issue with the tv and no one answered the phone on Friday. I am sure the hotel is going to look amazing once it's all done but right now this is not the time to be staying there.

Overall the hotel was nice and very clean. Hotel staff not very friendly and had me wait for my check in. Apparently staff was very busy having a conversation. Customer should be first priority. Not very friendly overall. It sucks that a hotel charges $20 dollars per day, for self parking and $25 dollar per day for valet parking.

Ok for an airport hotel

Pros: Convenient location
Located directly across from SNA. Thankful for curfew at this airport else it would be very noisy. Room a bit dated, was not made aware of construction in morning, breakfast buffet was poor / over priced and they would not provide HHonor points because it was booked through Expedia.

Not what I was expecting of the Hilton name. I understand it's a high traffic area, but I stayed in the Hilton on Morse Ave a week ago on the other side of the airport and it lived up to its name. The MacArthur Hilton seemed almost shabby. The carpets needed a better vacuuming, possibly a shampoo, and self parking was $20 per day in a very small lot

Stayed here for my 21st bday and night before! Great staff all over the hotel. Had great time at bar/restaurant! Good food, room service! I will be back soon!!!! Thank you Hilton!
