The Atrium Hotel has poor customer service

Because the Atrium hotel could not find a way to accommodate my reservation Expedia had reserved me a room at the Hilton to accommodate me for the crappy customer service on behalf of the Atrium and Expedia. I was highly upset that my children had to go through this crap again the last time this happened was two months ago on a room in Vegas booked through Expedia. It was Embarrassing.

Not what was advertised!!!

Upon first arrival the hotel had a clean appearance and looked like a "Hilton" hotel. After entering my room that I selected "with a view" I was on the second floor with an excellent view of the air conditioners on the building. I called the front desk and they stated they don't have rooms with views. I go down stairs to grab a drink from the bar....no bartender.....after waiting 20 minutes I left to a near by restaurant. Needless to say last visit at this "Hilton"

Pros: location, clean, pool.
Cons: parking is not idea. Elevators were not in good shape. trim was falling off.
Location: close to airport, beach is 7 miles away. freeway is close.
It was a very nice hotel for the price. I got a great deal online Expedia plus tax and parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was nice and modern a bit loud. Pool is big and fun. Would stay again.

Nice area to stay in

This hotel was a great option for us. It was the right price, clean, and close to where we needed to be. The only thing I wish it had was breakfast, and allowed a rollaway bed to accommodate our family of 5. I would recommend staying here.

Great Experience

Pros: Location, layout, easy to navigate
Cons: Maybe a microwave in the room?
Location: We found a fab Sushi place, just around the corner, it was so good we went there both days.
I was there for two days, Room was clean, neat, comfortable and the staff was terrific. Big TV with enough channels and nice bid sliding door to let in the light. I needed a place close to the airport and this one fit the needs perfectly.

Musink weekend

I always stay here when in town for the Vans tour or such. This last weekend Expedia screwed up my reservations. Heather was I creditable at the front desk getting everything sorted out. Even though she didn't have to she comped my parking fees because of Expedia screwup and me having to wait an hour to check in. The rooms are always clean yet the staff seems no existant in a good way. Always quite and comfortable as well and easily accessible from the freeways.

Bad parking and no clean room for us

Terrible parking! be prepared to pay $26+ for daily parking, which was a surprise for me, since it is hidden in the fine print, on top of that, you will be lucky is you actually find parking, it is too crowded and we had a hard time finding parking but didn't want to do valet. No room cleaning service for us. We went out one day, and didn't return until late afternoon to find our room still not cleaned up, I went downstairs to ask front desk only said she didn't know why it wasn't cleaned up, so game me so lotion and tea. On the upside, two staff members I did interact with were polite Overall an airport hotel, we stayed as a family and wasn't thrilled with it.

This hotel was no better than average...

Price of hotel was average for the area but parking was outrageous! $26 to park overnight which is more than even Disney cost. The lady at reception said it's not their rates it's set by the property owner. This took the total cost to $180 which is just way too much for a hotel room that isn't current or up to date, no fridge in room or microwave, carpet and bathtub also seemed worn out.
