Ac/heat unit was broken and the heat was on all night , the room felt like sauna, and it wouldn't let me turn it off. The night staff couldn't fix it so we had to suffer all night without sleep. They renovated the hotel and only worked on the surface beauty, simple thing like exhaust fan in the bath/shower didn't even work. I suffered bad allergy in the room, thus a low rating in cleanliness.

Everything is good, but parking needs to pay additional fee for each vehicle for each night. No toothbrush or toothpaste in the room.
