First night I had a bedbugs in my room which made uncomfortable staying. But hotel staff was really helpful and I changed my room in the morning. Overall experience was good, rooms were clean and conditions was also good.

Paying $7 a day for parking, when there is absolutely no other options to park is ridiculous. Paying $15 for late checkout was absurd. This is like the Spirit Airlines of hotels.

Price was decent for a suite but the room we were assigned 344 at third floor was hot the AC was not working, I let the staff at front desk know and they immediately made accommodations into another room on the first floor although we were taken care of, the room in particular 143 was in serious needs of updates. It was clean and after a long day that’s all we really needed along with a nice cool room to sleep so we couldn’t complain much and accepted it.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was poorly designed. Water went all over the floor during showers, and there was zero vanity space to put things, even though the bathroom was spacious. Was very annoyed at having to pay to park my car in the parking lot, after paying hundreds of dollars to stay there. Seems to me that guests should be able to park their car for free.

Did not get any maid services the entire 4 nights I was there. No one made my bed or picked up the trash. I signed up for their rewards program to get free parking, but I was still charged seven dollars a day. Room was OK But I won’t stay there again.

Checked in at 4.30pm but was told that I had to wait ten minutes for my Room to be ready......first time that ever happened to me so late in the day. However, Rooms have good facilities and there is free Coffee all day, plus Gym and a Laundry Room

Booked 7 day stay, had 2 towels and front desk said to come down 3 flights to get 1 more. Luckly i only had to be there at night. Night clerk not very helpful, even sent me to the wrong room and i had to go back down to find out which was correct. Pay a little more somewhere else, it will be worth it.

There was really nowhere for me to explore in a walk but the area seemed ok maybe more industrial than i expected. My room seemed fine. The kitchenette was awesome to have. It was clean the staff was nice. The issue i have is that this hotel i believe is being used to house maybe homeless or sick people. There is a designated parking spot for an ambulance and I overheard a man at the front desk coming in to check on someone staying in the 1 st floor. The couple of people that I ran into were quiet and kind though. I won’t stay there again but everything was ok it was just odd and unexpected to see that.

While the property is in a safe area, it seemed shady. It looked like a dorm area as soon as you walk in the lobby. The front desk attendant was behind a wall and called out what I needed when I arrived. She only came out when I asked to check in. I went back to ask a question after seeing the room and she didn’t come out from behind the wall-just answered me from there. The room smelled like smoke and was dingy. I wasn’t comfortable staying so I left. I was given a refund for my second night by petitioning Expedia, but not my first. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The property is nice and clean ,, not so noisy at night but in the day there’s a bit of construction but if you’re going out during the day to shop around the area to pass the time it wouldn’t bother you at all. i loved the studio kitchen it had all the supplies you needed to cook a small dinner with all the plates and utensils ! definitely coming here again !

I killed cockroaches daily around the kitchen area. Carpet in hallway was stained and tattered. Room keys rarely worked and had to exchange them constantly. Towels were old and stained. Would have left the first day if I hadn’t prepaid. Very poorly run facility. Health department should make a visit. Disgusting.
