Absolutely horrible

Worst hotel ever stayed at if you enjoy tranny hookers upon arrival stay here not only that the rooms were disgusting hallways remakes of smoke and they refused to refund me after being there less than 5 minutes we left and went to avenue of the arts hotel right down the road night and day difference same price so never ever stay there

Great night's stay.

I'm not sure why some people have lower ratings. I slept like a baby during my stay. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. I would say the bathroom needed a little updating, but the rest of the property looked nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel is dated. Stayed here for business, but would not recommend for a nice getaway.

Lost My Business

My first stay at this hotel was so-so, but the location to my client is perfect so I decided to book again. Not his particular trip I needed to stay somewhere that accepts cash deposits for incidentals but I did not find out until after arriving that this was against their policy. I explained that I had pre-paid for the room for three nights and had plenty of cash to cover incidentals for all nights. No dice. I further offered, that, since there was nothing actually open for me to charge anything to my room that I would deposit the money in the bank first thing next morning and use my debit card to cover incidentals for the remainder of my stay. To add insult to injury, the night clerk told me "But what if you trash the place?" I was astounded. On the plus side, they were all too happy to let me cancel my reservation and a friendly rep from Hotels.com assisted me with other arrangements with a hotel happy to have my business. And guess what? I managed not to trash the place.
