It is in a great location that has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a great stay. The Check In staff at the condo are just there to get you a parking pass. They didn’t really care to answer questions about the area or condo. Not a big deal and may have just caught them on a bad day. Condo is great for those wanting a quiet stay. Everything in the condo was clean and well kept. The views were amazing. We cooked several times and had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc needed. We had to buy extra paper towels, trash bags, and tp as only a small amount is provided. We did know this in advance. We brought all our own chairs, beach towels, and coolers. None of these were available in the condo. The Vacasa app was helpful and very easy to use to communicate. It was impossible to sleep on it. My husband and I had to sleep in the second bedroom on two double beds. Also, there needs to be a step ladder to reach the upper kitchen cabinets. We used dining chairs which was very dangerous for us. We stayed a month so a decent bed was very important to us. The condo was very nice with a great view of Old River. Amazing view from the 12th floor over looking Ono Island. Pools are very nice and well maintained. Floor plan is split and open down the middle for good family gathering. A little odd with only 1 toilet paper per bathroom, no shampoo or body wash in the master, 1 trash bag and a little item, no salt n pepper or any spices. For a longer stay that’s a bit tough.
