New Owner!! Oasis 1914, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1914 This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two Queens and there are two Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12\. Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home. The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season. Spacious enough for our family of 8\. Kitchen was lacking a little in pots and pans for cooking. The amenities of the site was very nice. The lazy river stayed very crowded with lots of kids without floats which i would think could be dangerous. With space for several of us to cook together! Lots of fun! Great fitness center. Sauna hot tub floats arcade grill restaurant. Sofa bed adds extra sleeping space. It helped once we realized there was a downstairs beach storage so we were able to leave stuff downstairs and avoid some waiting. Beach access was good overall.
