Located in the waterfront Cotton Bayou community, you’re only a short 10-minute walk—or a quick car ride—from the nearest public beach access. And if you’re bringing a boat, you’re in luck: Cotton Bayou #6E includes access to a private boat launch and first-come, first-serve boat docks.  
  
Inside, the newly renovated interiors welcome you with tall ceilings, abundant natural light and a relaxed coastal vibe. The main floor features an open-concept living area with a cozy sectional, large TV and two sliding glass doors that lead to your private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make home-cooked meals—including small appliances like a blender, an air fryer and a pressure cooker. The bar seating and adjacent dining area offer plenty of space to enjoy those delicious meals with your loved ones.
