Had issues with the dryer not working so the next day a new washer and dryer were installed. Nice spacious condo with beautiful views of both the ocean and bay. The dishes, pots and pans and small appliances were more than adequate. The oven is old and did not warm to expected temperatures. We loved the view of boat traffic and dolphins. The pool is small and the water was cloudy most days. The weather was in the 70s and made our time at Caribe very enjoyable. ##### Carolyn G. The dryer never worked for our stay.. had to hang towels on the balcony chairs…. It never heated up for us.. other than those issues everything was great. We loved every minute of our first trip to Caribe and Orange Beach! The unit was beautiful and HUGE. Both my kids had their own rooms and bathrooms too which was super convenient. We have nothing bad to say about the property. Only two things for thought….the numbers on the parking spaces need to be redone. Ours was hard to see so almost every time we came home, someone else was in it and security had to hunt the owner of the car down. The other item is just there were only a couple hangers in the entire unit. Very possible previous renters swiped them, but even the cheap wire or plastic ones would be great. The complex was well staffed and getting refreshing touches which while sometimes things under maintenance are frustrating, we more look at it as a positive that the place is being up-kept.
