Decorations are so pretty and plenty of space for two families. Very clean!! The unit has everything you would need to prepare any meals and drinks including a coffee maker and a blender. There are beach chairs provided that are stored in the closet on the balcony. The entire building is not huge so the private beach was not crowded at all.
