It is a beautiful location. Food was good. Front desk staff in evening not friendly and bed was in loft and bathroom main floor. Not great for seniors at night time. Staircase very deep. Best bed ever

Stayed in nice room with wonderful view in the new part of this hotel. Had to ask for an electric heater to warm up the room as the heating system didn’t work properly. Very good dinner buffet at NOK 195 - excellent value for money at Norway. Good breakfast.

Dirty room
The room was not properly cleaned. Full garbage can on the bathroom, and when we moved one of the beds, we discovered trash under the bed. Trying to clean it up ourselves, we found the floor to be sticky. The food was ok and if the room had been properly cleaned, we would recommend this hotel. Hopefully this was a one time incident...

The new wing is warm and well appointed. The old wing where a fellow traveller was is in urgent need of refurbishing and should not be let out as part of inventory. Great location and the junior suite is wonderful so long as you don't have mobility issues as the bed in up a steep flight of stairs. Good breakfast. Would recommend it wholeheartedly so long as its the new wing.

Skip this one if you can.
The hotel is OLD and needs and upgrade. The room was tiered and I should have availed the “upgrade” offer. The standard rooms in the connected block (where I stayed) are at best 2star for comfort. Not a very enjoyable stay. Much can be done to improve the traveller experience.

Nice hotel
The check-in service was great and the was well-design in a simplistic Norwegian way. The room is okay sized but could be better. Overall great place to stop by.

Greit hotell. Hyggelig betjening og bra med gratis parkering i direkte nærhet til hotellet. Alltid rolig i gangene og sjelden støy. Frokosten var helt ok, men det var mange ting som var tomt og man måtte si i fra flere ganger.

Angående kaffen så hadde vi byttet kaffe merke ganske nylig i forkant av deres opphold og sleit dessverre fortsatt med å finne det riktige blandingsforholdet.
