"The house is well maintained and clean. The gazebo is a big plus in good weather. The location was very convenient for our plans for the weekend. The big disappointment was that the pool was closed for the winter even as the weather was very warm. We were counting on the pool. It was not communicated to us that it wouldn’t be available. If we knew we would have considered a different property. Also we were not told that there would be another tenant in the lower part of the house. That was a surprise and very unexpected to have a stranger, a man, in the house with four women, even in a separate part of it. He was very nice though, but still it should have been communicated. So there was some deception in the advertisement of the property."

"Have potential, but a deep rethinking by host is needed.Positive: -shower with several kinds of water streams-in general host did try to fix issues when i tell him. He always needs to be told thoughNegative:-host or other tenants block my car frequently although spots parallel are free, making harder for me to get out -one time all parking spots were taken, and i was blocked completely. I texted and called host with no response. He only answered when i knocked at his door. After many minutes a guy drove off with a car that didnt block me. Long minutes later, host came to remove the car parallel to the car that blocked me, still leaving me blocked. When i asked him if he can move the car that blocked me he said ok. I waited more minutes just to see him come back (after moving other car) and said he cannot move the car that blocked me. I had to struggle back and forth to get my car out and avoiding the blocking car, while host and his friend were looking.-fire alarm too close to shower. Closing door while shower fix this, but host did not tell in advance so had fire alarm once.-Spider problem. 3 spiders found inside space in 3 weeks stay (not even talking about garage door), a little bit too much even for a 21 days stay-when host turn on ac in his house, cold air flow to already cold space. He will turn on heat if told although heat is weak. -Communication with host, he needs to be told to do everything -host brings low quality tenants to space next to me"
