On the Expedia app, I checked that I wanted to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged you at midnight before you check in for the hotel with the card. Do you use to hold the room. Pull money off of a card I didn’t want to use For hotel expenses.

The staff was courteous and friendly, and the room appeared to be clean as did the linens. The room smelled musty. The lock on the window barely functioned. The bathroom was so small that you had to straddle the toilet to close the door. I used the hot tub in the morning as soon as it opened. Everything appeared to be clean around the pool and hot tub, so I set the timer on the hot tub for twenty minutes and climbed in. When the timer shut off and the bubbles cleared I noticed a dark sludge had appeared in the corners just above the water line. I was thoroughly grossed out and immediately went to my room to take a shower. A few hours later I started breaking out in a rash where my back and arm were resting on the ledge of the hot tub.

Would not recommend this place. Plug don’t work properly, bathroom is in need of updates not repairs. The floors were dirty and there was even crayons on the floor.

Comfortable beds, nice staff and probably the best deal for all the motels in that area. Some are cheaper but then you sacrifice tv, fridge and many other things. Red lion has everything a person needs to be comfortable while staying out of town for work or whatever reason

I felt like that if the property is nonsmoking then it shouldn't smell like marijuana inside of the property. The staff was amazing and they should be recognized but they were the best part of my stay there.

Would love to post a picture of when having first entered our hotel rooms bathroom. Lifted the toilet seat and was greeted with stuck on poop and giant piss stains on the toilet bowl rim and underside of toilet sear. It stunk as well. The poor desk lady was just as embarrassed and offered to clean it which she did. Such a turn off.

Cost effective and very easy to check in/out. Conditions of the room were worn, but reasonable. However, the shower was filthy with grunge caked on the shower head, while the faucet and handle didn’t look as though they’d been even wiped recently. This apparent filth made me question the apparent cleanliness of the rest of the facility.

Easy to book via Expedia, as it was last minute. Pet friendly and being near to many dining options made it attractive as well. Waffles for breakfast always is good. Would stay again.

No cable tv, so no locals when winter travel forecast is important. If you want Hulu, prime, etc and are comfortable logging in on their Roku tv no problem. I wasn’t ok with doing that. Room was ok, homeless person camping outside on adjacent street under tarp. Don’t eat at Denny’s, horrible breakfast and expensive.

I liked the building, we didn’t feel like it was in a ghetto area. The cleaning definitely could be improved, one of our room towels had dirt on it upon arrival and the floor looked dirty. There was no elevator in the building and we have a 7 month old so we had to make trips to get our items and bring up the stroller. Other than that, the stay was not bad at all. :)

Great place to stop over when passing through from Idaho/Utah to/from Oregon. We love the staff's friendly attention and care and appreciate them always being ready for us when we get there.
One downside is a lack of an elevator. If you have lots of items you need to bring inside, be sure to request a ground floor room when making a reservation.

Not what I would describe as a REAL Red Lion Inn. We have used Red Lion hotels for several years and came to know them as being a few notches above your average roadside hotel. This does not seem to be true anymore. 😒
Also there was the strangest vibration in the room. It was very off putting. It stopped sometime around midnight. Weird!
